“Iwas quite disapointed with the tubes of permagard i bought to try before bying abigger amount for alarger job ,, i was expecting the contents to be a more like a paste not to be very watery on trying to fill the drill holes the contents was very runny and quite waste full sorry not to be very satisfide with the product”

“charging £9.80 postage for a small tube is a bit much. plus why out it in q large box when a jiffy bag would be suffice ?”

Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means that we are unable to send products in jiffy bags and have to use a courier that's a little more costly. This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. Also, at the time of sending your order we were out of smaller boxes but wanted to get the product to you ASAP. “I have found that the permaguard anti condensation paint that i used from you is thinner than the previous ones that i have used from you.lt is packaged in a new style tub so you have made changes. As the thermal paint was thinner than before I found this disapointing and will look at other makes.”

“Everything was good except for being charged two delivery charges for 2x 5ltr of dry rot treatment. Ix 5ltr £11 for delivery, 2x 5ltr £22 ? Same destination same day. Ok otherwise. Thank you Terry”

As most of our products are classified as chemicals it means we have to use a courier that's a little more costly, therefore the charge for delivery to the Isle of Wight is £22.80 inc. tax. “The actual product itself is easy to apply. Coverage was an issue though. We calculated we needed 4x5L tubs for a 20m2 tile floor, based on your coverage rates. Two coats only required 1 tub! Suspect your rates are for concrete. Rates need more detail on floor types. Now got 3 surplus tubs!”

“Cost £10 to deliver to my sister then 15 to deliver to me in the Isle of Man because you wouldn’t post to Isle of Man apart from that product looks good”

“The product is good, delivery 1 to 3 days happened but part order was delivered in 1 day great, but unfortunately the two rolls of waterproof membrane came on the third day. A bit frustrating.”

We’re sorry to hear that your order came in multiple deliveries. We have been advised that TNT misrouted the membranes causing your order to be split up. As they are much larger they unfortunately cannot be moved as quickly as the boxes with the rest of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience. The Permagard team

“No problems at all with Permagard but dealing with Fedex/TNT was a complete nightmare. These two businesses are merging and both are now avoiding dealing with problems. There was no notification of a delivery date, so I was not in and a FedEx card was left. This was actually a TNT service. The package number on the card was wrong - too many numbers - and the only response from TNT was a computer driven response system. This only worked if you were the sender of the package and not the recipient. FedEx were totally unhelpful. They would not recognise that there was a need for a contact number to sort out the delivery issue. In future, I am not going to buy anything from companies that use FedEx as a courier. Their customer service is truly awful”

Hi, We apologise for the inconvenience and the delay to your project. We've investigated with the delivery company and apparently the tape box got split from the rest of the consignment at the depot. “The delivery was quick and the ordering was easy. However, whilst I commend your ethos on recyclable packaging, I was astounded to receive the product in such a huge, and I mean huge cardboard box and was wondering if that was the reason for the very pricey postage cost. I'm pretty sure this tiny bottle could have been securely packed in something a lot smaller as it weighed next to nothing. I would have given this 5 stars if it were not for the packaging reasons above. I am hopeful the next time I order something it will arrive in something more suitable for the size.”

Hi Karen. Thanks for taking the time to review your order with us. Unfortunately on this occasion we had run out of our smallest boxes and sadly this is the next size up. We are currently reviewing our packaging and introducing postal bags for our smallest items. Please be assured that this will not have affected the cost of delivery. As most of our products are classed as hazardous chemicals we are charged at a higher price by our couriers although we are always looking how we can reduce these costs for the future. “Used more than expected. . .drilling a 9-inch wall. .30 meters total, I was getting through a tube for every 3 -4 holes at the spacings required. So, it can get rather expensive. Can't say how well this will work yet as it's too soon. . but gave it an acceptable rating for ease of use.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your order. As a general rule of thumb, with a 12mm borehole at just under 9" depth the product will achieve 1.5m per tube. However if there’s a small cavity, cream may be being lost or if there are lots of broken out mortar beds this will also affect consumption. If you need any support in future, please give us a call.
