No problems at all with Permagard but dealing with Fedex/TNT was a complete nightmare. These two businesses are merging and both are now avoiding dealing with problems. There was no notification of a delivery date, so I was not in and a FedEx card was left. This was actually a TNT service. The package number on the card was wrong - too many numbers - and the only response from TNT was a computer driven response system. This only worked if you were the sender of the package and not the recipient. FedEx were totally unhelpful. They would not recognise that there was a need for a contact number to sort out the delivery issue.
In future, I am not going to buy anything from companies that use FedEx as a courier. Their customer service is truly awful
