“Products delivered in two separate deliveries and second one arrived 3 days after the first and outside the 1-3 day delivery which was very expensive. More a carrier problem than Permagard but something they need to address as the late stuff was needed first in the process. Products seem to be ok. Time will tell.”

“Seems like the ideal solution to solid damp walls after rain went on easy with a brush just waiting for the rain now..... expensive but if it works it will be worth it. Sorry can't give you anymore info than that as not rained as yet.”

“I took six days for me to receive the package. TNT did not dump it at my door (which is good). I did not hear them knock on my door. I was at home for the five days. There was no notification of the expected delivery time or day. A nearby neighbour brought the package to me on Monday 23/8/21. They had been waiting for me to collect it. TNT failed to leave me a note to tell me. So I was unaware where the parcel was. Permagard have supplied me with Lignum insecticide a few time recently. The product and service is good. The delivery company is the problem.”

“I ordered a kit and some waterproofing cream from Perahard and had to delay delivery because it was scheduled to arrive the very next day. Brilliant! Been drilling holes in my wall today, and will be using the rest of the kit tomorrow. As it takes several weeks to become effective and then the wall has to dry out, I can’t yet comment on effectiveness.”
