“I didn't give it five stars as there was so much of that polystyrene packaging, and I never know how to dispose of it, can I recycle or is it just waste. Other than that really good service. I haven't used it yet.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The loose fill is biodegradable and the air pockets are recycleable. We will look to include a note in our boxes on how to recycle each component of the packaging.

“Good communication and delivery, flatmaster 2000 could be moulded better in manufacturing the pcd cover is poor and I ended up taping it rather than damaging the circuit board. but in general does the job”

“I wondered why a Permagard crack stitching kit was less than half the price of its more well known rival rival but decided to try it anyway. Stainless steel helical bars seemed the same and worked just fine, cementitious mortar mixed easily and has cured rock solid. Already had a Roughneck mortar gun so can’t comment on their guns but the mortar was really easy to apply. Of course, only time will tell if it all works but so far everything seems to be just fine.”

“I have used permaguard before and have found the products to be of good quality and well priced. I thought the packaging was heavy on plastic and polystyrene which was a shame.”

“I recently used the kiesol c damp proof cream and found it very user friendly, much easier and safer than the high pressure compressor system of old !… the proof of the effectiveness of the product will be found out over time, as it’s only been in a week…”

“Excellent service and delivery though I ordered the wrong material firstly, I have 5 litres of dry rot treatment which I thought was for timber, if you wish for me to return it just say it remains unopened. Regards Ian”

“Liquid DPM was easy to use and effective. Roller provided as epoxy roller was not appropriate as it melted and gave of noxious fumes. Spare roller I had from screwfix was much better and did not melt or give off fumes.”

“Seems like a good product but maybe to early to tell. On the practical side , it would be useful if the product were coloured in order to define area’s covered. Delivery turnaround excellent!”

“Not able to give 5 star rating due to having just applied the tanking slurry. The product itself when mixed in the correct ratios works well, using a tanking brush the surface is slightly ridged and when the first coat is applied horizontal and the second vertically the horizontal ridges trap the new slurry to create a substantial coating. It is a tenacious product and sticks incredibly well not only to the walls but also to clothing where splashing occurs. I was not able to apply a render or any plaster based work I painted over with two coats of a good quality emulsion paint. All is looking good.”
