I wondered why a Permagard crack stitching kit was less than half the price of its more well known rival rival but decided to try it anyway. Stainless steel helical bars seemed the same and worked just fine, cementitious mortar mixed easily and has cured rock solid. Already had a Roughneck mortar gun so can’t comment on their guns but the mortar was really easy to apply. Of course, only time will tell if it all works but so far everything seems to be just fine.
