“All products in stock and delivered very promptly and well packaged. The only negative is the shipping cost which is rather high if it is a small order (£9+VAT for a box around half the size of a shoe box).”

“The product I ordered was quickly and safely delivered. I can't give 5 stars, as I would have appreciated delivery updates, or a chance to redirect my delivery to a pick-up location. Fortunately, I was just returning home as the delivery man was at my door.”

“Quick delivery and Great product to apply but instructions on how to open 20 ltr push/twist lid would have really helped! Certainly had 3 of us stumped!!”

“I haven't used this product yet as I am waiting for temperature and humidity to reach the required levels. I have been in contact with customer service and they was very helpful, so if the product is as good, I will be recommending them.”

“Product arrived in good time. Easy to use. As we needed more cartridges found it was cheaper to buy the kit again than individual cartridges. Forgot to order plug but found a £10.80 delivery fee for 100 plastic plugs (@£3.49) was expensive, purchased elsewhere.”

“I've found people at Permagard helpful and informative. Materials I've bought for tanking have worked well, so no complaints there. I haven't had a chance to use the stuff I bought recently, for crack stitching, but I received it quickly, well packaged so I'm happy with that. The only grumble about this last order was that I didn't receive any communication from the delivery company - no email, no tracking number, nothing about which company was delivering; the only contact was a card through the door saying that they'd missed me. From the card I found the company, tracking number etc., so was able to arrange delivery.”

“I bought some tanking slurry, after having quite an in-depth chat with one of Permaguard’s technical advisers. It was very helpful advice and I feel I have the right product to help me solve my problem. I have not used the product yet. It arrived very quickly, once ordered and is suitably packaged both for transport and for storage. An excellent service!”

“was expecting the injection solution to be a little thicker. The first canister was almost like water. the second canister used on a different day, the solution was thicker. Not sure if this would be due to different outside temperatures or not. Delivery and packaging were good. Time will tell if Permagard works ok. Will still need another couple of canisters to finish the job.”

“Installation on the face of it is straightforward. Drill hole for fixings and tap in wall plugs and rubber washer to create a moisture proof fixing. In practice I encountered a few problems due to inconsistencies in the drilled surface in this case a brick wall. If the drilled hole hit mortar then the plug would not grip sufficiently so a different fixing he was needed nearby but no advice how to deal the hole made in the membrane. I would suggest that the kit should include a small roll of waterproof sealing tape to mend such holes.”

“Experience was good up until I had the items delivered not sure if they knocked as didn’t hear it but nothing to say left outside luckily no rain. Found it behind our bins a day later. :(”
