“Ordered 2 jigsaws that were very well packaged. Not given 5 stars simply because the delivery time was slightly longer than expected albeit a day. Would have no hesitation in ordering from them again and would recommend.”

“I find the prices of jigsaws at PDK Ltd excellent and the customer service is very good. The only drawback is I cannot find a wish list option, which means you have to either put items in your basket and remove/keep them later or make a note of items you like and go back to them later. A wish list would be an easier option”

“Bargain price for jigsaws rather than £12-£15 per puzzle - PDK charge an average of £7 which is much better Delivery is fast as well - so it's a win win No issues at all”

Thank you for your review. The prices shown on our product pages include VAT as applicable. VAT is not added to this price when you get to checkout. However, when you get to checkout the prices show the VAT split for the order.

“Easy to order and speedy delivery. Only given four stars as the parcel packaging was damaged and the puzzle box inside also, but this was for me so wasn't to worried about it. Would have been different if it was meant to be a gift. Would use the company again as the damage was probably caused while in transit.”

“Jigsaws well worth the money. Unfortunately the courier had to leave the box on the doorstep in full view of passing pedestrians. The email advising of delivery was received after I left home. I was able to get the parcel collected by my granddaughter so all ended well.”

“Good choice of brands to choose from, as well as alerts for any out of stock products - hoping they'll be new Heye, Pieces and Piece and Grafika puzzles soon 🤞 Only thing I find is that puzzles are delivered in a big box with no internal packaging so they're left moving around, causing damage to boxes. Just a little extra package care would go a long way, but other than that, all good.”

“Very pleased with my jigsaws apart from one. A little disappointed that it had one piece missing. It was BEHIND YHE SCENES. By Ravensburger. I’ve had numerous jigsaws and it’s only the second time this has happened.”

“got 2 1000 piece puzzles and 1 500 piece, have done 1 1000 pc o k done and 1 500 pc which had 2 pieces missing have yet to do 3 rd puzzle. Not worth worring about the missing pcs, but other than that everything O K .”
