“Puzzles were very good value and as described. The courier (Evri), however, left them at the back of the house without ringing the bell and we had no idea they were there. Storm Babet soaked the box and I had to dry the puzzle boxes on the radiator all day. One of them was covered in cellophane, so no issue, but the other one wasn’t. Please stop using Evri.”

We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with the delivery of your order and for the inconvenience caused. Most of our customers are happy with the service which is provided by Evri. However, if you are not happy with the Evri service in your area, we do offer options for delivery from various other carriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and UPS.

“Delivery prompt but box arrived with hole in but is repairable . Otherwise once pieces are out of plastic will fall through gap as it is a three inch tear. Looking forward to doing puzzle.”

“I have bought many times from PDK, their puzzles and selection is great. My only issue is with the follow up when the orders are shipped international mail. I had to email several times in order to finally get a reply that there was no way to track the shipment this way. I can't always afford DHL since I live in Canada, but a bit more feedback/help would have releaved some stress.”

“I ordered two orders of jigsaw puzzles to Ontario Canada. They arrived quickly however each order was missing a puzzle. PDK was quick to remedy the situation. When PDK delivers with DHL we receive large border fees. It would be nice if something could be worked out so that what we pay to PDK is all we pay, not surprise border fees.”

“I love the web site for clear pictures but i dont like the vat put on at checkout i would much prefer the full price on the puzzle at the begining. Delivery was fairly quick.”
