I am sorry if it was not clear what the product was. It was a Gibsons Games jigsaw puzzle purchased from PDK a couple of weeks ago

We ordered charity buckets for the first time from PDK. Selected a higher courier charge to have them delivered the next working day. Only once payment was taken was it advised that delivery would not be for at least 2 working days, so we are now £70 out of pocket, chasing a refund of a payment that should not have been taken and searching for an alternative supplier. This is very time consuming for a small charity run by volunteers. Very unprofessional.

My order arrived damaged (all puzzle boxes damaged and seals broken or partially broken) and there has been no response to my emails regarding this matter thus far.

Did not receive my jigsaw - it was wrongly addressed with the Courts street number but not a pacific flat. The postman was a relief and therefore did not know who I was. I have yet to have confirmation that you have received the failed delivery back and to have a refund.

I placed an order and was told it was dispatched Jan 28. I was told I would be sent an arrival date. I was never sent a date and have never received my package

I ordered 2 Eurographics jigsaws that did not have the 'smart cut' logo on the box nor was the term in the descriptions of the items and yet I received 2 'smart cut' jigsaws. Having previously bought such jigsaws by accident and found that the pieces were confusing for the recipient, a family member whose brain works differently and that the jigsaws were undoable, I would not have bought these items had they been correctly advertised. While I received a refund for the cost of the jigsaws, one annoyingly intended to be a replacement for one of the jigsaws bought by accident, PDK at first refused to refund the shipping or return costs, then changed their mind and refunded the shipping costs but absolutely refused to refund the return costs. This was my first purchase from PDK and it will be my last.
