“I have purchased many jigsaws by Gibsons and never had any problems. Unfortunately there were a few quality issues with this one. When I responded to PDK's customer survey their response was prompt and the situation was resolved satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation recommending PDK.”

“PDK were very helpful when the puzzle I bought for my Uncle did not arrive via Royal Mail. They communicated with me via email and sent a replacement out as soon as possible. My uncle is very happy with the puzzle.”

“My purchase was sent quickley and the items arrived well packaged and not damaged which was very nice. However I paid extra to get a posibility to track my parcel, but there was veritually no tracking possibility. I am not paying for this again.”
