“Appreciate the stocking of puzzles that are sometimes otherwise hard to get in the UK, however the last few purchases have had damages to the boxes that occured prior to them being posted. I generally purchase puzzles to keep as part of a collection, however the box damages has meant reselling which is unfortunate and causing me to rethink purchasing from here again. Appreciate that you could have received them like that, however maybe that's a supplier issue to resolve and not something I want to risk receiving if I purchase again”

We are sorry to hear that some of the puzzles you have received were not in pristine condition. We never knowingly send out puzzles which have any damage to them, as we appreciate that collectors like to have puzzle boxes in excellent condition. Did you contact us upon receipt of your orders? If you do decide to place any orders in the future, please contact us if there are any isssues

“Item poorly packaged, simply put in a box without protection. Therefore the corner of the puzzle box is damaged.”

“Lovely puzzles . Unfortunately delivery firm Evri was used . Although we were in all day . The box was dumped in street outside an empty property . False photo of handing it to someone . Was pure luck that found next morning when hunting round . Put if using due to using Evri as a courier .”

“One jigsaw I got had 3 bent broken pieces in it looked as though it had been done before so was disappointed, I bought 3 jigsaws have only done one so can't comment on the others.”

“Not happy that I tried to stop order for one of the puzzles but was couldn’t do this just after ordering as I already had the puzzle. Then tried to return it , postage costs £6 and the puzzle cost £7.48. Not happy about this.”

“Delivered on time, but was disappointed that one of the puzzles had both the seals broken! I assume all the pieces are there, but not having counted them or started the puzzle I don't know. It was bought as a present , but obviously could not then give it with the seals broken.”

Your order was despatched from the UK on 23 December. Delivery from the UK to Finland will be a little slower over the Christmas and New Year period but you should receive it soon.
