“Quick delivery, I was however disappointed that the winning tombola tickets had a different print of the word TOMBOLA on them than the losing ones making it very easy for people that realised to pick the winning tickets which meant our tombola prizes quickly disappeared”

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with the print of the tombola tickets. This problem has not been reported to us by other customers. However, we will sort this out when we next print the tickets and make sure that the winning and losing tickets are identical on the outside. In the meantime, fundraisers can use buckets or tombola drums so that people cannot see the tickets before pulling them out.

“The monkey is delightful - lovely quality, and tho' bigger than I was expecting (because I didn't know that soft toys are measured for height in a sitting position that does not included the length of their legs!) I am very pleased with it and consider it very good value. Unfortunately the My World Puzzle Game had got very significantly squashed in the large jiffy bag containing both toys. Although I have been promised a full refund as PDK had no more of this item in stock, I think they should consider protecting games in something more rigid. I could not give the game as a present in the state in which it arrived.”

“The croquet set looks good, although I haven't played with it yet. One stake was delivered damaged but they apologised and sent me a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days. Very friendly and helpful people on the phone.”
