“I was very pleased with my quick delivery . When I received my delivery I had received the wrong item and when contacting PDK they could not do enough to help me including offering to despatch the correct items there and then. I was very pleased with my overall experience with the company and would definately order from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Jigsaw arrived really quickly, very well packed and in excellent condition. It's a lovely jigsaw to do (though quite challenging!) and I haven't seen it available anywhere else. Very impressed and would use PDK again.”

Hi Tarek, sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. We can confirm that it was despatched on the day you placed your order (22nd March) and we would expect it to take 5-8 working days to be delivered to you in Lebanon. “Have used Charnwood several times. The last two orders arrived late - much later than they should have done. Even though we paid extra for 2-3 day delivery it took nearer to 2 weeks. We were told it was first an 'office migration' that caused the delays, then it was 'due to a factory move.' I have emailed the enquiries address as well as Alistair (employee) twice and still received no response or apology. Very poor, will find an alternative supplier for our charity going forward.”
