“Ordered a tonne of cobbles online - received a phone call to book delivery - needed to split delivery load - cost £60 extra but delivered within a few days (during COVID) & no one home to help but delivery guy managed to off load onto driveway.”

“From ordering to delivery the service I received was second to none. Great contact confirming the online order and again on delivery, the driver called as requested 30 mins before arrival. As for the quality of the slabs, I am over the moon. Safe delivery (no breakages) and now they are laid my patio looks amazing. Thank you. Will use again and recommend.”

“Ordered my porcelain slabs on Sunday afternoon. Dispatched Monday to palletways with tracking provided. Slight delay with delivery ie they was due to be delivered yesterday but someone from palletways rang me to say they wasnÕt going to be delivered so re booked delivery for today. Driver was a delight and more than that my paving slabs were well packed and are beautiful. From what I can tell there are no breakages. I would 100% use paving superstore again”

“Spot on really. Had a few cracked slabs (advised them on day of delivery but wasn't sure how many I'd need for a few weeks) they just said to let them know and they would replace or partial refund. Wasn't for another 10-11 weeks until I'd finished due to weather/covid but they kept their word and refunded me for the cracked slabs. Good quality slabs and look really good now they're laid. Will clean and seal in the spring but very happy so far”
