“Great company to order from. Easy to use website, fast delivery and great products at great prices. Lots of negative comments about these, don't listen to them. They seem to be blaming the company for the delivery driver issues. This is out of their control. Plus, the driver is not paid to put them round the back, they and the courier are paid to deliver them to your kerbside, period. Try talking to the drivers nicely and they make help you, but donÕt expect it. I gave our delivery driver a tenner, and he put them exactly where i wanted them. I gave him the tenner, as he would have put them there anyway, as i did not expect it and asked him and spoke to him like a person doing a hard job.”

“Good company to deal with. My only negative was that we received our delivery with 3 broken slabs, not a big issue in itself but the company donÕt sell small batches, only pallets. This meant I had to slightly re-design the layout and a planned enhancement was scrapped. They offered to refund the cost of the slabs on a further purchase, but I would have been left with the bulk of the pallet as excess. The cost of the slabs was refunded with no hassle.”

“Excellent from start to finish. They were helpful over the phone when asked to confirm the stock availability, and then once order was placed and being processed they phoned to confirm delivery arrangements and checked logistics. The delivery company they used were on time and helpful as well - they negotiated part of my gravel drive and deposited the palette of patio slabs in my garage, which was extremely helpful. Package was intact and all slabs were in great condition. I took their advice and sealed the sandstone slabs immediately which has meant a lovely waterproofed finish. I researched the prices and they were competitive. First class experience.”
