Lovely product , very happy with it. When I placed the order it suggested 5 -7 working days delivery but took 13 working days which was not great as we needed them quicker

Order placed and confirmed, so no issues at all and was advised delivery would be August. So itÕs too early to give a complete review as we do not have the product !!!

I ordered ballast, sand and paving slabs 17 days ago with a quoted delivery time of 5-7 days. The slabs arrived after 9 days but the rest of the order hasn't arrived - Paving Superstore aren't answering any requests for further information - I've had two reminders to review them though. The slabs are nice, shame they can't be installed!

Not overly impressed so far with the purchase. Ordered on 24th May, arrived today 3rd June (10 days), which to be honest IÕm happy with during these times. However half of the slabs are broken in half in the pallet. Spent 1 hour 39 minutes in a queue on the phone to be told that I need to send pictures in and the email will be picked up in date order and couldnÕt tell me when this would be. I was told the slabs I ordered are now out of stock (grey limestone) and if it was found that the slabs was broken before arrival after the email was checked I would be offered charcoal version as a replacement. Not impressed as the slabs I ordered are to match a summer house and newly painted fence. I now have a pallet of slabs on the drive I canÕt move as I donÕt want to unpack them in case they are being collected. Waiting game now, to see what is offered up... and review may change. Update.. now the 8th June and still no response to the email I sent in with pictures attached. Was refunded the cost of the damaged slabs, canÕt complain with that really. Would I use again... maybe.

Good clear and easy to use website and order was easy to place. A delivery date was clearly communicated to me on placement of my order and everything arrived on the exact date I was informed it would. The pallet and cage were not in the best of conditions when unloaded but this was down to the shear weight of the rocks being delivered. The rocks were extremely difficult to remove from cage and were also exceptionally heavy and far larger than advertised.

Easy to order and plenty of choice, however, I have to now wait 3 weeks for delivery when at the initial order point it stated 2-3 days....__

Good website, easy to use. Not very nice costumer service. The woman shouted at us when we called and asked politely about the delivery date of our purchase.

Typical review request - before the product has even arrived! What can I say? Waiting on delivery with mounting excitement...É.

Glitch in the system showing stock and allowing purchase, payment and order confirmation but no stock. TBF refunded full amount.

The order process was good however the delivery due last Friday was wrongly palletised and has therefore needed to be transferred at the carrier to appropriate pallets. Risk of damage may be a problem.

In this current climate Paving Superstore was one of few websites i had narrowed down on my search. Great layout and easy to use. Online chat was very handy when ensuring product was suitable and getting a split pack price on a few extras that were required. They were very helpful. I did pay a premium for 3 pallets delivered. 2 were delivered on time and 1 pallet followed a few days later, after a few chases. This happens and is potentially out of the control of Paving Superstore. Working in the industry myself I would have expected the delayed pallet premium charge to be refunded, as this should in turn be refunded by the courier who delayed delivery. If it wasn't for this it would have been an Excellent. Edit*** the delivery charges have since been refunded. Thanks.

Great products- just disappointed the prices jumped up so much in 2 days! £40 extra on the same product to finish the job!

The clay pavers I bought are good but there was a hidden cost. The weight of the pavers (15 square metres) was so much that they had to be split on to two pallets. This was an additional cost of £120. To be fair this is paid to the delivery company. The delivery was good with the pavers brought down an alley to our back gate. However I had to wait 10 days and when I lost patience and called the delivery company I found that they were just about to arrive.

Not the best experience, but as a construction business owner I realise that sometimes things just don't go to plan. I wasn't even going to leave a review, but they keep emailing me to remind me to. I ordered a Sandstone paving circle kit, but unfortunately although the website showed it as available, and my payment was taken, it was out of stock for 3-4 weeks. No huge problem, more of an annoyance, communication was good from the office, phoned me to let me know and emailed over some alternate options. A bit slow to refund my money, I had to email to ask where it was, but it arrived back in my account after a week. 3 stars I'm afraid.

Paving Superstore appeared to be badly let down by an independent delivery company, leaving me waiting in for 4 days, after numerous phone calls and successive promises of delivery. Not, apparently, the fault of Paving Superstore, but costly and inconvenient for me. Some promised recompense never materialised. A good website, good prices and a good product, when delivered.

The slabs are thinner than I expected so will need quite a bit of support underneath. In spite of me saying we lived in a narrow country lane, a fairly large lorry was sent who could only get to within a mile of us. We had to drop the pallet in the road and spend a hour shuttling the slabs in my Landrover.

I was very disappointed with the over all service due to being let done with delivery twice! And not even a call to let me no!

I found it tricky to place the order due to the need to select a delivery option, and the steps to do that were not smooth. Thank you for asking

Pea gravel arrived in reasonable time but I wasn't told which day it was coming & wasn't telephoned by driver prior to delivery. Quantity was as ordered but when I got to bottom of bulk bag it was obvious it was from the bottom of a pile, having quite a lot of very small gravel & sand at the bottom! It was not all washed & clean Pea gravel! It was for underneath decking, so won't be seen but hopefully it won't encourage weeds in the sandy part.
