“Ordered a few products online, each of which were in stock. Paid and told the delivery day is estimated for a Thursday. On Friday I emailed for an update as my parcel hadn't arrived and received no notification of dispatch. I was then told it had not been dispatched and would be that day. Few moments later I was emailed again to be told my item was not in stock. No apology, just an option for a refund. I then had to purchase my item elsewhere and await additional delivery times and have to wait 5 days for my refund. Not the service I am used to with PatrolBase”

“Great bit of kit! Use to struggle to fill my mags up with an Odin but got this and no problems! Using this with a 11.1v lipo works amazing but need to find one that fits inside”

“Amazing customer support, i made an order and wanted to change it, they changed it quick and simple(one simple phone call) i then placed the new order and it arrives quick. the barrel was in a tube pakage in a big box. so 1000% its defo still stright so i couldnt ask for more! packing amazing- quality of items amazing!-customer support amazing!”

“The gillie suit that I bought is awesome! The reason for the three stars is because I paid for express delivery (24 hours) but didn't recive it until 4 days later. Tehy refunded me the £3 difference but didn't seem too bothered on the phone. It's ashame as it did dampen the buying experience for me. I wouldn't use them if I was in a rush for something for gameday”

“This is the first review I've left for patrol base but by no means the first purchase or experience. I bought my entire loadout here. This is the place for my airsoft needs. They get every order bang on and delivered quick. I've been to the showroom aswell and it was fantastic. The videos on YouTube. The detailed descriptions. Really good stuff. Top place.”
