“Patrol base do struggle with customer service - they take forever to answer their telephone and do not generally answer emails. On a more positive note - when things go wrong they do not hesitate to act and solve the problem quickly Price wise they are very competitive and carry some products exclusively - Delta Army Freya is a great example. I would recommend them, they need to work on customer service but generally are a good choice.”

“The rifle I ordered got here 2 days early, so that was nice. I am very new to this hobby so maybe I am being ignorant, but the paint did scratch off a bit when I put the grip on the rail. Also the battery was very tricky to get in, of course that's more the manufacturers problem. Maybe a some instructions on that would be nice? I dunno. The instructions on the side of the box were not very good. All in all, I got what I ordered + some BBs and it all works just fine. Thanks dudes.”

“Hi Patrol Base , I have given a rating of 4 stars , the item arrived on time , it's good quality , the two tone paint work looks great and it is the right make ( WE ) but it wasn't the right model . I ordered a EU 19 gen 5 and received a 18c gen 4 so I deducted one star from the review . There are so many variation of the glock style pistol it's an easy mistake to make . I did want the compact style of the pistol not full size but it's not the end of the world , I'm still happy with the item and it wouldn't stop me from ordering with you in the future .”
