“You guys were spot on. I ordered a product, it was delivered on the day you said it would. Job done. I'm happy. The 5 emails I've had since it was delivered asking for a review/validation is uncalled for. Sure send 1 email asking for a review, but leave it at 1. No need to bagder/harass for it”

“Delivery was fast, just becareful when purchasing the guns as on the one I bought the mg42, the metal bars the mag sits on was bent out of shape and the charging handle sits very loose into it's slot”

“Overall Patrol Base gave a good service, but DPD the chosen courier for Patrol Base let them down . 2 orders back to back failed to deliver . Patrol base was understanding with both orders ,they was late. I will buy from patrol Base again and recommend anyone to check the site. Prices are really good and the range of equipment and guns is good . I would have given 5 stars but courier let them down .”

“Such a great range of products, and very informative about said products! The reason it falls short of 5 stars for me is that whenever there is an issue that is being sorted, unless you take the initiative to call or email everyday, you will seldom get any updates from them. Other than that, atellar people as well as a stellar sercice”

“Patrol base do struggle with customer service - they take forever to answer their telephone and do not generally answer emails. On a more positive note - when things go wrong they do not hesitate to act and solve the problem quickly Price wise they are very competitive and carry some products exclusively - Delta Army Freya is a great example. I would recommend them, they need to work on customer service but generally are a good choice.”

“Overall great, one issue I had was a box from your warehouse was covered in some kind of paint. I was worried it was damaged but it wasn't. In any case please stay on top of your warehouse qc. Last mile processes are very important.”

“Hi I love my pistols can’t complain at all me and the kids love it. Only thing is I told my friend about it and he got it cheaper a few weeks later and so on with another. Stay in Oban Scotland sure you can see. Bit gutted to be honest”

“The rifle I ordered got here 2 days early, so that was nice. I am very new to this hobby so maybe I am being ignorant, but the paint did scratch off a bit when I put the grip on the rail. Also the battery was very tricky to get in, of course that's more the manufacturers problem. Maybe a some instructions on that would be nice? I dunno. The instructions on the side of the box were not very good. All in all, I got what I ordered + some BBs and it all works just fine. Thanks dudes.”
