“Not to pleased being as honest as I can be! I contacted patrol base for advice on a purchace I was about to make - the item listed said it didn’t come with a battery so I asked for there Input so I had a battery added to my order and then a charger to go with it and then a bad to charge it all safely in costing close to another £50 - when it arrived I opened the package to find the item did have a battery and also a charger so I’ve got 2 of everything now so I could of saved a little chunk of money if the staff knew what the product I purchased included! But I can’t say it was all bad as I spoke to a couple of the team and a guy I spoke to was fantastic great advice and helped me get a membership within minutes to complete the sale! Mainly disappointed but they are a good company was referred by a friend who speaks highly”
