“This was the second time I ordered from Patrol Base and both times the delivery date they gave me changed on the day it was supposed to be delivered even though I phoned them the day before and was assured it would be delivered, causing me to lose days off work. When I emailed to complain I was fobbed off with a £3 postage refund and told to email another person who hasn’t had the decency to reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone and think their customer service is appalling.”

“Overall Patrol Base gave a good service, but DPD the chosen courier for Patrol Base let them down . 2 orders back to back failed to deliver . Patrol base was understanding with both orders ,they was late. I will buy from patrol Base again and recommend anyone to check the site. Prices are really good and the range of equipment and guns is good . I would have given 5 stars but courier let them down .”
