“Have had to disassemble it all to fix mine before even using it”

“While the actual product was amazing,ing all they did was sell it. I have spent thousands of pounds with Patrol Base, each time the experience got worse. During this purchase I selected and paid for next day delivery making the purchase around 7am, they stated in the receipt next working day. What this meant in reality notification from them that the item was collected by the courier twice two different days. Then the actual delivery was 5 days. If I had selected rgus as my option I'd not be bothered but I selected and paid for next day. When I contacted them I still have not received and answer so this is your review and I will shop elsewhere in the future.”

“Patrol base have a vary wide variety of products Very very clear descriptions on all their products Their PBTV is pretty good to showcase products and talk about their features My biggest gripe is their postage service. I made 2 orders, both made at the same time. One at next day delivery and one at standard, can you guess which one turned up first? The next working day delivery turned up 2 or 3 working days AFTER the standard delivery. Delivery time usually takes about 5-7 working days after order and tbh, that's how long it takes for things to arrive from Germany when we order parts at my work (large German car manufacturer) Delivery is by far PBs weakest element. They need to sort it out. If they do, this will be a 4/5 star review as I've been a bit unsure about their email support when it comes to product knowledge/help”

“Disappointing, was painted blue as requested but not the parts as shown on the website. I you can't trust seller's/website information on what you are spending a fair amount of money on, then it's time to shop elsewhere.”

“Wasn’t sent out when it said it would be, had little to no interaction on the whereabouts of my products, asked to change address as I wouldn’t be home, failed to do so and still havnt got my parcels a week later”

“The company doesnt seem friendly when calling in for help, and is unwilling to help when someone is offering to put a large order with Patrol Base. As a result this has been put with another company who is willing to help. We were looking to put an order for our team with you, and looking for a new supplier as our previous supplier has closed. I did have difficulty in opening and switching the mags from 140 to 30 rnds. I ended up going to another company who seemed very pleasant and helpful.”

“Ordered a last minute replacement platform following a failure of my regular primary. Selected a platform, it said on that page that delivery estimate is next day. Followed through to the basket / checkout, selected the most expensive service, still said delivery next day. Checked the T&C's regarding delivery, literally says if an item is needed for the weekend order before 2.45pm on Thursday. My order was placed at 1.39pm on Thursday. Followed up with an email saying that I needed the item for the weekend. Received a response the the next morning saying my order was with DX and a tracking number. Checked the tracking and it said they were expecting my item. Emailed back, asking if my item was dispatched yesterday (Thursday) and got a reply saying it was packed this morning (Friday) which was the day I needed it delivered. Emailed again expressing my disappointment but that email was ignored. No apology, no explanation. I'm fully aware that ordering something on Thursday and expecting delivery on Friday is a short timeframe BUT when the delivery estimate on the item is next day, the checkout says next day AND the literal description of my situation "if you need something for the weekend it needs to be ordered before 2.45pm on Thursday" was all pointing to delivery being next day I would expect to receive my order. Instead, I had to use someone else's primary for my scheduled game. The item I ordered came on Monday and is yet to be used as I didn't have a game this weekend. Had the website been up front and set expectations for a Monday delivery I would have taken more time to choose a platform instead of quickly selecting something that I thought would be ok. Stock selection at patrolbase is great but the lack of empathy or any explanation / straight up ignoring dissatisfied customer emails is not on. This is the sort of thing that will make me check other suppliers ahead of patrolbase going forward. Smaller companies seem to care more. If you're inundated with orders and can't ship things out that have had a premium postage paid for then maybe you need more staff dedicated to packing and posting. Add to that, the platforms box was damaged but the shipping box was not so it was also packed with a hole in the box.”

“I have never been one to review bomb or have a negative outlook on a business, but I feel like this needs to be out for all to see. Patrol base has always been an industry standard in terms of inventory, usually one of the first places I check is Patrol base to see what is currently in the UK market. They have great deals and are very beginner friendly especially with pointing out the difficulty system on the RIFs for those starting out. HOWEVER, their delivery is what always lets them down when compared to their peers (White sphere & BZ tactical). My first order, I had opted for the fastest delivery option (I believe it was next day/48 hour turn around), but ended up taking a full working week. Decided to give them the benifit of the doubt, and ordered a folding stock I required to complete a build I was working on and wanted to use in 2 weeks time. I wasnt in any rush and with previous experience of my last order, I chose just the standard delivery. I had also found an additional piece needed from Portugal, and that had arrived first.. My PB order took more than 2 weeks to arrive. This is ecohed among my fellow squadmates who also have a long list of gripes regarding the delivery issues. Conclusion: Patrol base has great inventory, and I'm sure the shop is great in person. Leave yourself a comfortable 2 weeks if you plan on getting an item delivered. An urgent last min order if you plan on playing on the weekend might leave you disappointed and without kit.”

“I have to be honest as a first customer I was quite disappointed. I couldn’t believe how badly the driver was painted. It’s really look like someone just spray paint the rifle out of taking apart. I had paint everywhere. I even had some part of hip-hop covered by paint so I had to spend extra money to get some professionally removed those paints and re-sprayed.”

“The item itself was fine but the packaging was bashed and poor. For the price of the item (£45), I expected it to be better packaged and protected. This was bought as a gift for my nephew and I was very dissapointed with how it arrived.”

“I unfortunately found reaching out for assistance very slow the return process. I’ve thus to make future purchases with caution. (That’s if I buy again) I’ve made a few purchases on patrol base and all of them had there disappointments. To hop ups not working to The heart breaking moment when I received my A&K druganov to find that attachments for that gun were taken out of the box and sold separately. There are stores that provide the biggest welcome to airsoft and some that primarily aim to profit. I see this store as that.”
