Not to pleased being as honest as I can be! I contacted patrol base for advice on a purchace I was about to make - the item listed said it didn’t come with a battery so I asked for there Input so I had a battery added to my order and then a charger to go with it and then a bad to charge it all safely in costing close to another £50 - when it arrived I opened the package to find the item did have a battery and also a charger so I’ve got 2 of everything now so I could of saved a little chunk of money if the staff knew what the product I purchased included! But I can’t say it was all bad as I spoke to a couple of the team and a guy I spoke to was fantastic great advice and helped me get a membership within minutes to complete the sale! Mainly disappointed but they are a good company was referred by a friend who speaks highly

Ordered Delta Armory DA-PAR-10 PROARMS® PAR MK3 10" M4/AR-15 AEG and associated battery for £439 as a birthday present after checking both items were in stock. Received a confirmation email and all was well until 4 days before delivery when I got an email saying the battery was OOS (even though it was still showing as in stock on the website). No suitable batteries were in stock making the present unusable so I rang and spoke to Simon who was really helpful and said that the workshop would send batteries of equivalent value and they would change the mini tamiya to a deans connector so the present was usable. The gun arrived (fantastic shipping/tracking and comms from DPD) but two Deans 1200mAh batteries were supplied with no adaptor or modified connector so I had to spend another £6.95 P7P to buy an adaptor - As a complete novice with no idea about any of this, this was a hassle (though I understand that to more experienced users it's probable trivial). The gun and shipping were great, Simon was helpful but for the money I spent, and the fact that the issue was caused by a poor stock system at PB I really think they should've sorted it out as promised without me having to spend more money

For me pretty bad, the light works well but the laser sucks. I can’t zero it at all, I need to move the laser down for it to be on point and it’s also way to far right, where it has to be more left. Wouldn’t recommend

The order I got said Emerson on the labels so don't think they were novritsch pants but I liked them they fit and they are comfortable. So no complaints, to be fair cant be arsed sending back it's too much effort to try to get in touch with anyone at PB tried the other month. It took weeks before they responded. By that point just couldn't be bothered trying. But delivery from there is spot on would recommend but returning is a hassle.

Hi, there were scratches on the paint work, wear marks on the battery compartment lid and damage to the inside of the box, I thought I was purchasing a new item but this does not seem the case, I will not be returning it due to the hassle and cost but I very much doubt I will be buying anything else from yourselves in the future.

While the torch was okay, the case it came in was badly damaged! This must of been damaged before it was packaged and sent as there were no broken bits of plastic in the box!

I must say I was pretty annoyed that it came with no instructions of how to assemble it and that the picture with labels wasn't even correct. I had to guess how to put it together. I haven't used it yet other than a quick try which it kept jamming up. I will see what its like when I give it to my son for Christmas

Poor service, paid for 24hr dispatch on several items totaling nearly £500 but took the nearly 3 days to dispatch. When I chased the order after 2 days was told it was being picked and would be dispatched that afternoon, which was a lie. Normally I cannot fault them and their service but this time they really let themselves down.

Excellent delivery time, rifle came a week early however it had many problems which upset me quite a bit. First of all the handgaurd was extremely out of place and there were many loose screws. It was also a very poor two tone job and I had lots of paint on my barrel and buffer tube. Lots of scratches on the gun itself and even the muzzle

I placed this order on 24th October and paid for the 1 to 2 working day delivery. But due to a problem with DPD delivery it never arrived and was sent back. I rang the DPD because I was sent a message saying it had been delivered. They started an investigation and I need to contact Patrol base. The customer service was helpful in updating me that it has returned back to them selves. But it’s now the 2nd of November I still don’t have the parcel and Ive been changed extra for delivery and the parcel has been sent back to me as standard.

i bought a magazine for my baba yaga blow back pirtol . when i loaded it the slot for the BB,s was to wide and the bb,s would not line coerrctly , i phone to make a quiry about , spoke to a lady who said they would put me through to someone , all i got was a anwers service severval time , left a message but upto yet no one has made any contact , bee two weeks now . poor customer service . the magazine on the left is mine the one on the rigtis what arrived .

I was pretty disappointed, the balaclava was very oversized, it says one size fits most, although I can't think of anyone it would conformably fit without slipping and getting in the way during a game. The elbow and knee pads were a bummer too as one of the knee pads cracked 5 minutes into the first game, splitting almost in half. Although I gotta give them their due, they managed to hold together until the end of the night and were actually great for knee slides, however I don't think they've got another game in them and for the price they cost I guess I can't be too mad about it. I did reach out to Patrol Base regarding either a refund or replacement but have heard nothing back, I'm hoping that it can be sorted soon.

Not sure if it was a dispatch issue or courier issue. The estimated delivery date was 6th October. We're now on the 15th October and still not delivered!! However got an email from courier yesterday.

Purchased an item, arrived in good time, product was poor quality, contacted the team as requested, still waiting for authorisation to return the item....nearly 2 weeks later
