Garbage service, I paid for delivery, it said it would come in a week! After a week I called to ask for an update on the order to be told it hadn't even been picked yet, I suppose the only redeeming thing is the person on the phone processed my refund. SA6038095

Ordered a few products online, each of which were in stock. Paid and told the delivery day is estimated for a Thursday. On Friday I emailed for an update as my parcel hadn't arrived and received no notification of dispatch. I was then told it had not been dispatched and would be that day. Few moments later I was emailed again to be told my item was not in stock. No apology, just an option for a refund. I then had to purchase my item elsewhere and await additional delivery times and have to wait 5 days for my refund. Not the service I am used to with PatrolBase

Ordered gun, it sayed "in stock." Paid for express delivery. Recieved confirmation email. Then a week of silence. I chase up. They say It's out of stock. Asked them how long before they were going to notify me, I get a pre-written email saying "and we notified you as soon as possible." Hilarious. Got given a choice of à refund or similar item. I say refund obviously. 2 days of silence. A different PB email asks me to reply to the first one! I did! I reply to them, they say 5 working days for the refund, appears in my bank after 6. Never using again, recomending against forever. They seem to get their customers mixed up with their bank when they want a loan. Conveniently, us cusromers can't charge interest, I wish I could. If this review becomes public I'd be very surprised.

From start to finish, dealing with PatrolBase — and specifically a customer service representative called Simon — was a frustrating experience. He was unable to answer basic questions about gas usage or identify that my order contained incompatible parts. When I asked to speak to someone more knowledgeable, I was told to email instead and was effectively brushed off — despite having already called to confirm that all my items were correct and compatible. The time taken to request further information about my defence for replica firearms meant I missed that day’s postage cut-off. In my reply providing this information, I also asked for a representative to call me to confirm my order, but no call or follow-up was made. I paid extra for faster delivery, yet still had to chase the order by email and then by phone the following day, only to discover it hadn’t even been dispatched. When it finally arrived, the rifle and sling were incompatible — something that should never have happened. When I explained how urgently I needed the correct parts, I was told it would be sorted and “not to worry,” but no one ever contacted me. That was Thursday afternoon it’s now Saturday evening-I’m left completely in the dark. While I did receive a refund for the postage, I am still waiting with no confirmation that the correct sling has been sent, or whether it will arrive in time. If you’re a beginner and not 100% sure what parts are compatible, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. You should be able to rely on a retailer’s advice — I couldn’t.

Terrible customer service not interested or sympathetic, postal courier partner the worse you can get. Selling with no knowledge how to work anything just tell you to contact manufacture which you cant …… Go find a different store if i was you!

I was sent the wrong variant of rifle on two separate occasions. After multiple conversations with the team there was an incident with the item labelling on each box meaning none of the right guns were in the box. Still do not have the correct gun as they advised only a refund can be provided or upgrade as gun was no longer available. In the end kept the wrong variant and sent the other back as I would have been without.

Item came damaged sent email had no reply rang and spoke to someone was told it would be looked in to straight away and still no reply was meant to be a Xmas present so that’s now not happening

Absolutely shocking service. Will never order from PatrolBase again. Had an email after my order to say my UKARA wasn't accepted, rang your customer services to be told it wasn't valid while I was looking at my UKARA number showing as active on their own database. Refunded my order and took my custom elsewhere.

Great gun however upon receiving the box it had been opened previously as the seals were broken on the box and then first time using it the hop rubber was split upon discovery it didn’t shoot well

Order received after 10 days. First they sent the wrong colour and I returned it back, then they sent the right colour but I had to return it again as this one was faulty. It’s very annoying as I waited 20 days in total only to end up with a faulty.

I actually called and spoke to customer service to cancel this order the day it was shipping. The man I spoke to said it was lucky as I called in as it was still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped, and that he’d cancel the order no problem. Great, thanks. Unfortunately the order turned up a day later on my doorstep, and no refund had been issued, no communication, no call back to let me know, no “sorry about this, we’ll sort it out”. Cut to getting shouted at for 40 mins by my wife for allegedly lying about cancelling the order, after it was delivered and received by her at the door. May as well keep it now, the damage has been done. Poor service, poor communication and detrimental to marriages.
