The item I bought was offered for sale from the boneyard and I placed an order with full payment which was accepted and confirmed promptly. Two days later I received an email to say the item was out of stock! I did receive a refund a few days later, but have to say I was a little disappointed. Perhaps somebody else took a fancy to the item that I had already paid for before it was despatched.

Disappointed in Patrol Base, in regard to my recent purchase. The replacement stock doesn't fit my Cyma SMG-5, although it states on their website that it'll fit. I was sent a copy and pasted email regarding returns and how it has to be in the original packaging. If they state that a product is compatible, then you remove it from its packaging to find out its not compatible, that's my fault apparently. The worst airsoft company for customer service.

So i orderd a AGM MP44 with plastic stock And i went to change the stock hop rubber which are poor i understand this voids the warrenty but once i started to strip it down its clear that the main body pin that holds it all together is faulty or glued together and will not come out, you should be able to pull it out with your fingers so its clearly faulty from new I emailed informing them about the issue and could i send it back and get it fixed (at a cost goes without saying) or replaced and upgrade it at the same time I got told ive voided the warrenty and they cant help and they arnt able to do upgrades at the moment , how convenient Which says to me they are washing there hands of it ,they have my money and dont care so im 200+ quid down with a gun i cant fix ,all i want is a working AEG Spend your hard earned money else where By far the worst Experience ive had in 20+ years of airsofting

Made an order wednesday afternoon, paid for express 24 hour dispatch, called saturday morning they didnt even start packing my order yet, ended up cancelling the order ... bad timing as i had a game on the sunday, wont be ordering from them again

specifically asked for the gloves not to be sent before it was even sent out knowing they would be too small as the size i wanted (mediums) sold out when i bought them so they gone to smalls wwithout me noticing until afte the purchase, said it would be sorted, still recieved them, and as expected they are too small

Ordered a set of specna iron sights, a completely different set of specna iron sights turned up. That day, Friday the 1st, I emailed to explain and attached 10 images consisting of my own pictures as well as screenshots showing how they were the wrong item. I followed this email with a call - I was told to email to a different email, and had no reply for 5 days (2 were working days, 3 days were weekend & bank holiday Monday). I rang on the Tuesday and was told that neither my 1st nor 2nd email came through. I emailed a 3rd time, and we ended the call while he waited for it to come through. 1hr later I recieve an email stating that after reviewing the item listing compared to my 10 images that I had recieved exactly what I had ordered, exactly how it was advertised. Extremely disappointing and annoying to recieve an email like that after waiting 6 days, after repeatedly having to email and call to chase it up and all clearly after they only bothered to skim my images for .2 of a second, but even still .2 of a second is enough to see they are blatantly different products. I have attached images showing my reply to that email stating I had recieved what i'd bought, when I hadn't. 0/10, won't buy from them again.

dispcriptions on there product are not accurate a mosfet that stated fits every v2 gearbox clearly didnt fit mine i have to cut a massive hole out the side of it and now it has weekend and split the box then the mosfet itself has broken also on the same order i purchased an ssr9 drum mag the version one they sent the version 2 and I couldn't get batterys for the mag in time for the next game as I bought a 9v square for the version 1 and the version 2 require some 3.7v AA style batter special so my friend thats just bought his first gun had to run a 1 mag setup and didnt enjoy his game having to constantly fill his single mag in the middle of fighting Second order I bought a bunch of items on the Thursday for my g36c to get that up and running to loan to my friends on the next game I got contacted by patrol at 2 on the Tuesday stated they dont have one item in stock that clearly said In stock when I bought it what would I like to do with the rest of the order so I just cancled and I will try my best to never have to order though them again and I would highly advise people do the same When I spoke to them over the phone a few times.es the first call was okay they agreed that I send them my hole m4 with the v2 gearbox in and they will see whats going on and what they can do (no price mentioned nit sure if it was free but they sent me a return for the hole gun) but but tbh if they cant pick an item correctly and there warehouse stock items are incorrect and there description is bad I was skeptical if they could even do a good job The second phone call I rang them to ask and let them.know they have acually sent the wrong drum mag and I asked about getting the correct one sent out and if they had it in stock as there website said they didnt and the guy seemed like he didnt care and just said im sure the returns team will have one there waiting to exchange it sonic asked him to check and he stated that the retur s team will deal with it once the wrong one is back The third time I just asked for a manager straight away to get some one that might acually care about rep and want to try help and tbh he didnt care either didnt try and keep me as a customer nothing just said yeah return that fine seemed a bit blunt so not a great overall experience if there not wanting to try and keep customers or help customers out where the products they sell are not correct misspicked or faulty ect then im not willing to dig into my pocket and send them my money I would also advice people to stay clear

Very Disappointed Brought Specna Arms SA-C08 CORE™ Gen.2 M4/AR-15 AEG and waited long to come from two-tone service and and gun did not work at all after that long waiting was for nothing and now , again waiting long to hear from return. I wonder at least these gin are tested before selling them

Tracer adaptor came damaged, I paid for next day delivery within the time slot arrived three days later. They blamed the courier they didn’t even back the parcel till the next day. Refused to refund the additional courier charges. Speaking to other people on the sites I play they all report have bad their warranty coverage, service and customer support is.
