Item came broke tried to reach out to support and they just ignore so i fixed it myself never buying from patrol base again, gun is pretty cool

It was not the product or item that i ordered and paid for..i returned the item but until now no updates coming from you or the courier. Its still at the dpd local collection point since june 25. Please settle this one and send me the correct item. I have been waiting for couple of days now

When my new AEG arrived the front sight was broken, a small piece of metal fell out of the gun and the cable from the motor was damaged in multiple places. I've had to have the gear box rewired since. I called your returns department about this and admitted I had removed the upper receiver, to install a new hope up unit. At that point he cut me off mid sentence and told me my warranty was void. While I appreciate thats reasonable I didn't appreciate the tone your employee took with me. When I asked for a rough estimate of price for all the repairs I need before shipping the gun to you he replied with something along the line of "well i don't work in repairs do I? " I'm so surprised by the poor condition of the item shipped not to mention the customer service I received. I'll avoid using patrol base in future when ever possible. Regards Mark

The rifle has arrived faulty and does not shoot. After more than 2 weeks of waiting I needed to go to the post office and send it and wait again who knows how much time. I did not get good service. Horrible service , very disappointed . Will not use again.

Absolutely shocking service and poor Quality Ordered online, then to be told the item is out of stock, had to select a second option. The item failed within 10 mins of using this. Was then told to return via DPD drop off point, which I did 3 weeks ago. Parcel now lost and still no refund. Basically out of pocket of £120 due to no fault of my own Returns department only open to call a few hours a day and haven’t responded to any of my large amount of email Truly shock

I had bought a MVT membership and applied the full details of the card that was required and even wrote a note down when placing down the purchase that I will provide the more information if necessary. I paid extra on the shipping and delivery for it to arrive sooner, however the information I provided was not enough as I got a cancelled order email from the team the next day. I then called up customer care and I provided the right information with no problem and got the confirmation from the fella that my order has gone through. I then asked if it was being shipped as demanded, but he said that it was for the next day due to this issue. So in the end I paid the extra for no reason and I was also clear and fully ready to provide the correct information but it just seemed that the team’s communication was not easy to work around and unnecessarily restricted.

Ordered it with fastest delivery method, arrived day late not only that the magazine was smashed and electric components broken.. Repair would take additional 14 days after they recieved it.. Also the gun is faulty and gets stuck on full auto and I have to take the battery out to stop it from firing.

The inner barrel of the e&c sr25 is not 500m as the description in the homepage, i have written a email for this and no one replies on me.

I feel patrol base are souly focused on money and not customer service, DX delivery service are terrible and patrol bases delivery chargers are equally bad. Would highly recommend uk airsoft or bz tactical

They shipped me the wrong part despite the label on the packet saying the correct one. Tried to contact support and had 0 emails from them except about leaving a review. Don't order from here.

Had a few things from you, always arrived really quickly! However I ordered a helmet in the wrong size last month, it is still sat in the box waiting for you to reply for me to return it! I have emailed numerous times with no reply ! I feel while you are quick at sales, deliveries your customer service after you have taken out money is extremely poor !

I purchased a Bolee tactical glasses, only to find out while trying it out that it doesn't fit right into the contour of my face so I decided right there and then that I would return it but will be keeping the other two items i bought from them. As per instruction, i emailed them about it and they replied rather quickly that I could return it as long as its unused and in resaleable package. Also mentioned that it compromises my safety. So i wrapped the item ever carefully and sent it via recorded mail as per advised. To my horror, after a few days they emailed me and said theyre sending it back to me becuae they cannot received an unwanted item return because they are unsure if it was used or not. They could have checked from the day it was delivered and from the day i contacted them to let them know of my intention to return the item that i dont have the chance to have used it in any game whatsoever.. And besides if its their policy not to accept glasses as return, why would they asked me to send it back to them in the first place. And now I have spent money for a recorded mail when in fact had they made it clear about their policy, I wouldnt have bothered to return the item. So to other customers, let my experienced be a warning and a quick reminder to all Dont buy any item if your unsure of the size and shape of your desired items, because Patrolbase will turn to their book of tricks so they can keep your hard earned money.
