“Second time I've ordered from patrol base and second time I've had issues. The drum mag came after a few days which I was happy with but the shot gun that said it was coming from Poland didn't arrive after the 21 working days so I sent an email. Told me there was an issue from the warehouse in Poland and I could only purchase something else or take a refund. I ask if it could just be ordered again and was told no unless I repurchased it. As I said this is the second time I've had issues with my order and has put me off making further purchases.”

“I placed my order on October 27, 2025, and it still hasn’t arrived. Even worse, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve been waiting for so long and this is really unacceptable. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.”

“Does not click into place using an Odin Speed loader. If you have a Delta Armory Freya Gen 2, don't buy these as they don't feed properly.”

“Delivered an entirely different gun to the one l ordered ( see photos below). Customer service is literally not worth a carrot. After finally getting through to explain their mistake l was told to email them with proof of such but given no address to do so. Then told to print a return label at the post office and return gun. No acceptance of the mistake and no way to show such when sending a random parcel back to them. I have decided that it is easier to just keep the gun that I DID NOT order rather than messing around. Very poor service on all counts.”

“When I ordered Thursday morning it said if ordered within an hour and a half the parcel would arrive Friday if paying the extra cost. I paid the extra £3 for next day delivery, however that was not the case. It arrived late Saturday evening. Whilst not an extremely long wait, being told it’ll arrive next day and it not is less than ideal”

“Unfortunately the egg crate material hadn't stuck properly inside the gun cases and the opening and closing clips aren't very good....I'm sure you don't need a photo of the product you sent me?”

“Paint flakes from the two tones and the valve doesn't fit the magazine, i have 2 magazines and both leak,I bought the wrong valve,but nobody has reached out to me about the Paint and nobody noticed the green gas valve was the wrong one for my pistol. After I receive my next order I will be closing my account”

“AVOID PATROL BASE IF YOU WANT YOUR GUN TO WORK OR NOT RUN 200FPS OVER THE LIMIT OUT OF THE BOX. Shipping is fine, the guns look good, but they give you EU guns not UK guns, meaning they have stronger springs not rated in the UK”
