“Absolutely shocking service. Will never order from PatrolBase again. Had an email after my order to say my UKARA wasn't accepted, rang your customer services to be told it wasn't valid while I was looking at my UKARA number showing as active on their own database. Refunded my order and took my custom elsewhere.”

“Great gun however upon receiving the box it had been opened previously as the seals were broken on the box and then first time using it the hop rubber was split upon discovery it didn’t shoot well”

“Order received after 10 days. First they sent the wrong colour and I returned it back, then they sent the right colour but I had to return it again as this one was faulty. It’s very annoying as I waited 20 days in total only to end up with a faulty.”

“I actually called and spoke to customer service to cancel this order the day it was shipping. The man I spoke to said it was lucky as I called in as it was still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped, and that he’d cancel the order no problem. Great, thanks. Unfortunately the order turned up a day later on my doorstep, and no refund had been issued, no communication, no call back to let me know, no “sorry about this, we’ll sort it out”. Cut to getting shouted at for 40 mins by my wife for allegedly lying about cancelling the order, after it was delivered and received by her at the door. May as well keep it now, the damage has been done. Poor service, poor communication and detrimental to marriages.”

“This is the first and last time I will be purchasing anything from patrol base. I ordered a chest rig on the 14th of October and as of today the 9th of December I still haven’t revived it. I got an order confirmation but not tracking information, no communication. I bought it for my boyfriend’s birthday and it just never arrived. Then they sent me an email asking me to review the product. How can I review a product I haven’t received. Absolutely atrocious”

“Can’t review what you don’t receive. Ordered with 1-2 day delivery and after 8 days, guns still has not arrived. I’m having to lease with the delivery company as patrol base don’t seem to want too.. Ridiculous service and a bit surprised and never had this from them before. I’m still waiting for contact back from them after being told they would refund the delivery costs. After this will not be looking to sue them again”

“Very disappointed with how I was treated, if u could give zero stars I would, spoke with someone through email about my order taking longer than a week to arrive after paying the extra for next day delivery and they just didn’t care. They just sent back some generic email that was no help nor did they offer any! Now they are pestering with emails asking to review them!”

“I recieved my Jing Gong SMG-5K Compact w- 20mm RIS - RAS Rail. Opened the box, charged battery a little. fit the battery into the back/lock/hook area. Great it doesnt work. I have tried everything. It does not work brand new. I rang up to ask fopr a refund or for any tips. They could offer nothing except "return it for a check over" So not only did I pay £200+ for the product and for purchase. Now it doesnt work brand new I have to play again to send it back for potentoial fixing. They also said I have to buy two tone split with another colour to be able to order that specific product. And whatr do we know - You cannot get refunds on two-tone products. Disgraceful!”

“Second time I've ordered from patrol base and second time I've had issues. The drum mag came after a few days which I was happy with but the shot gun that said it was coming from Poland didn't arrive after the 21 working days so I sent an email. Told me there was an issue from the warehouse in Poland and I could only purchase something else or take a refund. I ask if it could just be ordered again and was told no unless I repurchased it. As I said this is the second time I've had issues with my order and has put me off making further purchases.”

“I placed my order on October 27, 2025, and it still hasn’t arrived. Even worse, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve been waiting for so long and this is really unacceptable. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.”
