“Bought 2 new rifles from patrol base. Great service and great insights on what to look for. Everything is good when the gear is working but the true value of a shop is when something goes wrong. How do they respond? Do they look after you and make things right or do they walk away and leave you carrying the bag!! So something did go wrong with both new guns I bought and I’m glad to say that PB took care of business. There were some out there that were quick to share their experiences of PB when out in the field and I had hoped to prove them wrong. Thankfully they did. They recognised the issue with the guns (manufactures issue not theirs and they didn’t hide behind the usual “you changed the spring so the warrantee is void” nonsense. They dealt with me properly and timely which is what they would expect. Thanks to Gary @ PB for his service and expertise. This is now my go-to for all things Airsoft. 👊🏽”

“I purchased a £320 Airsoft and waited 4+ days with no dispatch.. when I rang up to see where it was the order had Never been sent to the package crew, and now the item was out Of Stock!! So not only did I pay 320, they sold my item to someone else. Luckily.. I replaced the item with something else from the Catalogue. But it wasn't as good.”

“This was the second time I ordered from Patrol Base and both times the delivery date they gave me changed on the day it was supposed to be delivered even though I phoned them the day before and was assured it would be delivered, causing me to lose days off work. When I emailed to complain I was fobbed off with a £3 postage refund and told to email another person who hasn’t had the decency to reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone and think their customer service is appalling.”

“very easy to deal with and competitive prices I haven't had to use aftershaves service yet so I can't coment I first saw them on YouTube and the content was very helpful I want a EAG pistol when I can afford it and will probably use them again.”
