“Order LMG its broke on first game, order 3 62shot grenades seals have gone before had them out of the box, vmp works on semi however when using full auto the gun doesn't cycle fully and ejects all the gas.”

“I love patrol base 👍 💯 , I generally have a look on the website then take a little drive from Castleford to the shop to get what I want , the people are always friendly the service is great and if you're not sure if the grip,mag,rail,etc will fit all you have to do is put your rifle/pistol in a bag or case bring in to the shop and they'll let you try it before you buy it 👍 ,”

“My main issue is delivery speed and communication. I ordered from the EU warehouse and fully understand that takes longer than domestic shipping. However, an estimated delivery date was given and it has now passed, with no follow-up email or update from you. The tracking status still just shows "picking" and hasn't changed, so I have no idea where my order actually is or when to expect it. It's frustrating not being kept in the loop — even a short automated email saying there's a delay, with a revised estimate, would make a big difference. Could you please look into my order and give me an accurate update on when it will ship?”

We understand how disappointing it can be when you're waiting for an order and the tracking information hasn't changed. We would just like to clarify that, for products dispatched from our EU warehouse, the estimated arrival date is provided on the order confirmation email sent after purchase. This date can be found underneath the relevant product, along with the information that delivery can take up to 21 working days. “Three stars could have been five. Ordering and delivery were simple, quick and efficient. Thank you, PB. The KAC QDC looks awesome on my TM Mk18 GBBR and feels well-made and well presented externally. Unscrewing the body revealed the tracer unit, where my troubles started. Could I unscrew it? Like hell I could. In the end, it took a vice and grips to shift it. This resulted in scuffing the black anodised finish of the tracer, so no returns for me. (My superpower - No patience Man). The issue is the threads are not anodised, and some minor corrosion locked the two pieces together. So no blame on PB. A little lube has solved it. Hopefully this is a one-off, and others won't experience the same. I think the performance is great. Opposing players were surprised by the flame flash brightness. I was playing in a semi-woodland daytime setting, and under the canopy, the tracer rounds were bright enough to follow. In the dark, the tracer rounds were bright and clear. Am I happy? Yes, I am; it's my first tracer, and I made a good choice. Would I recommend it? Assuming other units don't have my issue, I would definitely recommend this combined suppressor and tracer unit. Conclusion - if I hadn't had the issue, the KAC QDC would score a solid five points”
