“I’ve been ordering from PB for a while now and they’re my go to airsoft place for lowest prices, knowledge and fast delivery. I’ve got my UKARA now and ordered my first non-two tone RIF which got here the next day, awesome! I’ve also subscribed to the PB email news and I love getting these so I can plan my next purchase, great tips videos as well.”

“I bought this not realising it came from Europe and would take a month to get here, decided to buy a Hpa system for £800 all in so I could have a decent gun sooner. I’ve used the HPA kit once, this is my main now… high rate of fire, programmable fire modes. Proper decent bit of kit. My only complaint is it took a while to get here coming from Europe but that’s not the guns fault. This gun feels amazing and is stunning to look at, compact but not tiny, really high quality bit of kit. If you want it fast this isn’t the one but if you’re happy waiting a few weeks then I cant recommend it enough!”

“Patrolbase are very quick to take your money. But if they make a mistake, eg, send you the wrong RIF, they make getting your replacement virtually impossible. I returned the incorrect product and was then told via email that the correct one would be sent out. Normally post is sent out same day with 24 hr delivery. 5 days later, I'm still waiting, they've still got my money, they aren't responding to any emails I send and have gone radio silent. I have spent a lot at that store. Not another penny ever again.”

“Great items for airsoft and at good prices. Dispatched and delivered quickly. The only improvement I’d ask is for better postage costs. Seems a flat standard p&p fee of £6.95 for everything. So if buying something cheap like a rubber knife, then it almost doubles the cost.”

“The rifle I ordered got here 2 days early, so that was nice. I am very new to this hobby so maybe I am being ignorant, but the paint did scratch off a bit when I put the grip on the rail. Also the battery was very tricky to get in, of course that's more the manufacturers problem. Maybe a some instructions on that would be nice? I dunno. The instructions on the side of the box were not very good. All in all, I got what I ordered + some BBs and it all works just fine. Thanks dudes.”

“They did a terrible two tone service. There was no steel ball no spring and no washers on the selector switch. So pistol was useless. I had to sort them out by my self.”
