“Great range of airsoft guns but not so great for matching accessories (like mags) and parts, and the returns process is extremely questionable. I’ve returned items and simply never got my money back until I phones up… only to be told the box was under a pile of other boxes. I even had one occasion when I was sent a CO2 gun after ordering a GBB. I tend to buy my mags elsewhere first, and then get the matching gun from Patrolbase.”

“Two times having replicas they totally fine. But my fds two of them got some issues. One of them received a replica can not shoot, another one receive a battery doesn’t work. So make the reputation getting worse. Personally I ordered a plate carrier and some bbs, they on hold in Dpd centre because of pack size issue, it took me three weeks to get the item, disappointed to the logistics arrangement and need you to actively contact them to get updates and move to next steps.”

“Ordered a boneyard gun that was missing its original brushless motor although listed saying it did. Contacted their customer support, and they were very helpful. They were happy to send out a warhead base motor as replacement, free of charge! Absolutely happy with their efforts to resolve my issue and have made their efforts to retain me as a returning customer. PB are absolutely one of the best Airsoft suppliers on the market in the UK, highly recommend them!”

“Not My 1st order but about time I gave s review, 3rd rif recieved 2nd was DOA. Return process was easy just emailed a QR Code then took the box to a parcel shop Job done. I asked for an exchange, not a problem!! They couldn't do enough !! Haf a replacement within 7 days of sending my dea rif !! Overall easy 5* staff were really good and bent over backwards to help me. “I have never had a bad experience with Patrol Base on purchases or advice. They have always delivered on their promises. They have always strived to get deliveries sent out as soon as possible and the descriptions on the website are on point. My only concern is I have found some products lacking in descriptions of length of inner barrel or the FPS on the description page seemed generic. However all in all every product I purchased was great value for money and if there was an issue it was resolved quickly and efficiently.”

“The store is huge with plenty of Airsoft guns and supplies, but it has completely lost the feel of a local Airsoft shop. I visited on a quiet day with only two other customers inside, yet there was no enthusiasm from staff to offer any help. All the Airsoft guns are cable tied down, so you cannot feel the weight or get a proper sense of how they handle. When you ask staff to look at a gun behind the counter, they hold it like it is made of gold, giving you a list of “don’t do this” and “don’t do that”, which makes you feel uncomfortable and unable to properly inspect it. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. You might as well buy online because the in‑store visit offers no benefit. Smaller independent stores are far better. They talk to you, recommend things, and in some cases even let you test shoot the guns so you know exactly what you are buying. In short, you would not buy a car without a test drive, and the same should apply here.”
