“I’ve had no issues with the products I’ve brought. My only gripe is your shipping costs. I understand if I’m ordering something that needs a large box. However, I’m just ordering something BBs or something small, why does shipping still cost so much? Ordinarily Patrol Base has decent prices, but once you add on the shipping costs it becomes very off putting.”

“So far, I’ve placed three orders with Patrol Base, and only one of them had an issue. I ended up waiting around two weeks for my order to be processed. Once the estimated delivery time had passed, I contacted customer service, and thankfully Simon took the time to track down what had happened to my order. Not long after that, I finally received my items — along with a small but very nice little gift. A nice touch! A small suggestion for the website admin for the future: if an item is out of stock, I probably shouldn’t be able to order it in the first place. Alternatively, it would be great to receive an update if there’s a problem with availability, rather than having to wonder whether my order has gone on a little holiday somewhere. 😂 Overall, I’m happy with how everything was eventually resolved, especially with the communication and Simon’s commitment to sorting out my problem. He genuinely went the extra mile to get things moving. Many thanks, Simon, and thanks to Patrol Base!”

“Using airsoft as a way to get some local, cheaper, milsim action between the four or so magfed paintball events I do. Started this in January. Time to get myself my own gear. Patrol Base have some very informative write ups on kit, comparisons and general airsoft information. I have found other websites/suppliers a little vague and very sparse with details and info. OK, if you are an experienced, omniscient airsofter. Not very good for beginners. It's for this reason I chose Patrol Base to purchase my first set up. I used their write ups and knowledge to select my rif, and compatible batteries, charger, chrono, loader, mags and magwell adapter. Once ordered on the weekend it arrived midweek, and was I was able to attend my local walkon, as on own gunner, rather than a rental the very following Sunday. One week, in total, from ordering on my sofa, to an enjoyable field testing. All worked well. A little tinkering with the mags and magwell adapter, now seems to have them working properly. Just need to figure out the capacity selector. Even when i try to select 30 rounds, far more seems to be loaded. Not that big of a deal. Just a bit more tinkering. Thankyou Patrol Base. Absolutely brilliant. Top notch info, service and supply.👌👏”
