“Before sending it to you, it gives you a brief period for when you have to type in some of your own details and at that point I realized I didn't really want it. So I asked for a refund. They said I'll get it in three to five business days. It's been a week and they haven't been answering my calls”

“Bought a golden eagle shotgun, paid for next day delivery didn't get it for 6 days, arrived the box was a bit beaten up but gun looked ok. Tried to fire it and that wouldn't fire bbs Checked it over and the loading nozzle was broken in half, very frustrating. Contacted them for return which was easy enough however I'm yet to hear back from them, sent 2x emails with no reply and tried calling twice with one time being on hold for 45mins and then getting hung up on. So I'm still waiting nearly 2x weeks overall now since purchasing and don't have a RIF or a refund. I think this company is just too large now, they are too busy and in reality they don't care about people having problems as there's hundreds more customers waiting, This unfortunately isn't the first time I've had issues with them either and given the option I won't use them again but they were the only site with the gun I wanted in stock, issues aren't unique to patrol base and the review isn't for the broken gun, it's the way they have treated me and tbh I probably wouldn't have bothered leaving a review, only that I received an email this morning which I thought was a response but alas it was a "how did we do?" Spam so I've left my thoughts. I'd honestly advise people to go elsewhere and hope that they get a better experience.”

“Won’t be buying from here again first bad experience ordered a sidearm two toned front fibre sight was broken whilst being painted over let that slide due to being quick and easy replacement 2nd time ordered an S&t ak105 wanted to use the quick change feature to change spring after testing and finding a weird click and crunch to reveal a way overpowered spring cut down to size or a party sausage so god knows what’s causing the weird noises and feel. And just now trying to upload a pic for proof it won’t let me”

“Patrol base have been excellent in everything other than delivery. They charge £6.95 for standard delivery or £9.95 for fast track. Standard delivery so far has been over a week and no dispatch email. This is the only thing I have issues with, but it taints the whole experience.”

“I want to start with the positive. Their service is good, good shipping service with UPS. However, the quality control and customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen within a single service. I have ordered a full kit, with a rifle, battery and the charger. All these were recommended in the description of the item. As a newbie in this hobbie, I assumed they knew what was best. The charger ended up killing itself, and taking the battery with it too. The charger is always in "full charge" mode although nothing is connected, a different charger doesn't charge it. After I read online, I found i am not the only person who has this issue with this exact charger. I obviously called their support line, where there is an audio on repeat, of a woman saying the same thing over and over again. First time they just hung up my call after 45 minutes of waiting, and right now, at the time of writting this, i am on the line with them for 25 minutes. I have called at 9 am and now at 2.45 pm. This is terrible, and I am refunding the charger and the battery ASAP, if they will bother to answer my call.”

“Firstly so good to find a case the right size, not too big but big enough to protect its contents. Then to find it wasn't too expensive and the icing on the cake was the very quick delivery. The case lived up to expectations especially in fit to my gun and the quality of the case! Absolutely delighted with Patrol Base!”
