“I’ve been ordering from PB for a while now and they’re my go to airsoft place for lowest prices, knowledge and fast delivery. I’ve got my UKARA now and ordered my first non-two tone RIF which got here the next day, awesome! I’ve also subscribed to the PB email news and I love getting these so I can plan my next purchase, great tips videos as well.”

“From start to finish, dealing with PatrolBase — and specifically a customer service representative called Simon — was a frustrating experience. He was unable to answer basic questions about gas usage or identify that my order contained incompatible parts. When I asked to speak to someone more knowledgeable, I was told to email instead and was effectively brushed off — despite having already called to confirm that all my items were correct and compatible. The time taken to request further information about my defence for replica firearms meant I missed that day’s postage cut-off. In my reply providing this information, I also asked for a representative to call me to confirm my order, but no call or follow-up was made. I paid extra for faster delivery, yet still had to chase the order by email and then by phone the following day, only to discover it hadn’t even been dispatched. When it finally arrived, the rifle and sling were incompatible — something that should never have happened. When I explained how urgently I needed the correct parts, I was told it would be sorted and “not to worry,” but no one ever contacted me. That was Thursday afternoon it’s now Saturday evening-I’m left completely in the dark. While I did receive a refund for the postage, I am still waiting with no confirmation that the correct sling has been sent, or whether it will arrive in time. If you’re a beginner and not 100% sure what parts are compatible, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. You should be able to rely on a retailer’s advice — I couldn’t.”

“The replica is really nice, after taking it out of the box you can feel the metal construction and its weight for its small size, I was positively surprised 301/297 fps for BB 0.25 rpm 650 with 7.4v batteries The magazines work fine but only the original ones The only problem I see is buying magazines that match the color of the replica, but black magazines are widely available. And you definitely need 4-5 batteries for a full day of play due to the small battery capacity of the replica.”

“Ordered Delta Armory DA-PAR-10 PROARMS® PAR MK3 10" M4/AR-15 AEG and associated battery for £439 as a birthday present after checking both items were in stock. Received a confirmation email and all was well until 4 days before delivery when I got an email saying the battery was OOS (even though it was still showing as in stock on the website). No suitable batteries were in stock making the present unusable so I rang and spoke to Simon who was really helpful and said that the workshop would send batteries of equivalent value and they would change the mini tamiya to a deans connector so the present was usable. The gun arrived (fantastic shipping/tracking and comms from DPD) but two Deans 1200mAh batteries were supplied with no adaptor or modified connector so I had to spend another £6.95 P7P to buy an adaptor - As a complete novice with no idea about any of this, this was a hassle (though I understand that to more experienced users it's probable trivial). The gun and shipping were great, Simon was helpful but for the money I spent, and the fact that the issue was caused by a poor stock system at PB I really think they should've sorted it out as promised without me having to spend more money”

“I ordered the Battle Axe SVD wooden furniture kit at the end of November and was given a mid January delivery date as coming from European distribution. I was then pleasantly surprised when it turned up shortly before Christmas. So delivery ++. Ordering process great too. If I had to criticise it was a little pricey but not awful if you want the authentic look. Many thanks Patrol Base.”

“For me pretty bad, the light works well but the laser sucks. I can’t zero it at all, I need to move the laser down for it to be on point and it’s also way to far right, where it has to be more left. Wouldn’t recommend”
