“I’ve been ordering from PB for a while now and they’re my go to airsoft place for lowest prices, knowledge and fast delivery. I’ve got my UKARA now and ordered my first non-two tone RIF which got here the next day, awesome! I’ve also subscribed to the PB email news and I love getting these so I can plan my next purchase, great tips videos as well.”

“Hi Patrol Base , I have given a rating of 4 stars , the item arrived on time , it's good quality , the two tone paint work looks great and it is the right make ( WE ) but it wasn't the right model . I ordered a EU 19 gen 5 and received a 18c gen 4 so I deducted one star from the review . There are so many variation of the glock style pistol it's an easy mistake to make . I did want the compact style of the pistol not full size but it's not the end of the world , I'm still happy with the item and it wouldn't stop me from ordering with you in the future .”

“Brilliant service from Patrol Base. My order arrived quickly, but when I opened it, one of my magazines was unfortunately missing from the box. I got in touch with their customer service team and they sorted it immediately, sending out the replacement magazine next-day delivery without any hassle. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely spot on. Will definitely be ordering from them again!”

“Disappointed, i've shopped with Patrol Base 2018 and over that time things have gotten worse and worse. Recently i tried to order a Kriss Vector v2 which was advertised as a bundle with 3 magazines for free - first problem, the item was listed in stock but couldn't check out. I'm told they didn't have the stock for the magazines despite advertising it. They eventually let me know after emailing them that they're getting stock in as we speak and it will be soon. After 2 days it shows that i can order it so i decide to try and buy the bundle with 3 extra magazines. Now every time i try to add them to my basket it adds an additional gun even though it's not the bundle i'm try to add, just individual magazines. I email, i'm told it isn't possible, that's it. I reply asking if there is something else we can do so i don't have to make 2 separate orders and not incur additional postage, 12 days - no reply at all. Lastly i decide i'll just order the gun and mags and source the rest from somewhere else along with a Laylax kit to add to the vector. Guns in stock, so are the magazines and i order an additional 4 items all marked in stock. Guess what? I wait 24hrs after ordering before i receive an email, two of the items i ordered are now not in stock and the biggest - the gun, they don't have it. I reply to the email to see if they have any others and again wait almost another 24 hours for a reply. No but the have gas blow back versions, not what i'm looking for and i learn that it would be another 8 weeks likely before stock arrives. If it's not ordering something and have it miss any reasonable delivery schedule then it's them suddenly not having stock. I'm now sitting here with everything else i ordered from other airsoft stores which have arrived as expected, no drama but now i'm out a gun for it. I'm done.”

“I’ve held off on reviewing this company after buying from them a few times. Essentially they have good stock, prices are beatable but not extortionate, delivery charges are a clear joke and turn around times are as ambiguous as delivery from another galaxy. The idea you can pay extra for the chance they might get your order out within 48hrs of them having it is laughable.charging £9.95 to ship an order is ludicrous. I ship and move things for a living and the companies we use charge for packages up to 45kg and 110cm x 40cm x 60cm for £7.21 and anything half the size is £3.85…. It’s clear they use/ have a clear 2x mark up to cover other orders. Any other company or brand where you spend upwards of £50- £100 (excluding dangerous items). Let’s be frank, you aren’t a small company. Don’t act like one, nor portray to people who know better. If I make an order on Monday at 7am from this company expect your items to arrive a week later, that is what my experience has been. No responsibility as with most airsoft shops/sites customer service is their last thought. I would recommend this company if you need things but aren’t fussed on paying more or waiting for your item(s). Customer service is borderline useless/ defensive avoid asking them difficult questions.”
