“I’ve been ordering from PB for a while now and they’re my go to airsoft place for lowest prices, knowledge and fast delivery. I’ve got my UKARA now and ordered my first non-two tone RIF which got here the next day, awesome! I’ve also subscribed to the PB email news and I love getting these so I can plan my next purchase, great tips videos as well.”

“4th time I have purchases from patrol base. 3 of them are rifle are fantastic. Only had to return a pistol as to been faulty . They fixed it, but said. If still problems I could return. It still had problems. I spoke to lad on phone, and they refunded all. Even the extra magazine and postage was refunded. It was very fast refund. I had spoken to a few people in the Airsoft community. And they have had problems with them etc. But I spoke to them with respect etc at patrolbase. Sometimes good karma is needed. Will be using again, when needed. Only thing is, it's the postage. Should be free after spending so much. As if buying accessories, with postage, it puts costs up.”

“Ordered a two tone kit, 10 days later no update on website, I then rang and got informed it was out for delivery 5 days earlier, no tracking number and even the advisor couldn’t find a tracking number. Rang multiple times over next two days and the response I got was “workshop haven’t updated it like I asked leave it with me” and I keep getting the go around with similar responses. I’m now down over £400 and I’m not even sure if I’m ever gonna receive it again because apparently it was delivered 5 days earlier but how would they know that with no tracking number? Absoutley appalling, I will update this review in due time as I receive updates. If it doesn’t turn up soon I’m gonna have to dispute the transaction seeing as no one actually knows what’s going or even where my order is.”
