“I’ve been ordering from PB for a while now and they’re my go to airsoft place for lowest prices, knowledge and fast delivery. I’ve got my UKARA now and ordered my first non-two tone RIF which got here the next day, awesome! I’ve also subscribed to the PB email news and I love getting these so I can plan my next purchase, great tips videos as well.”

“My son was very pleased with his christmas present ( products ) but I was extremely unsatisfied, disappointed and frustrated with the delivery of my order. Patrol Base dispatched my order 16.12.25 after I had placed my order 12.12.25, so all good. The courier received my order 16.12.25 and took over a week to deliver. The gave me a delivery slot 17.12.25 7pm-9pm then failed and sent me a message saying unable to deliver but they didnt even attempt and this was confirmed by them themselves. A link was sent to reorganise, i did so for the 18.12.25, same thing happened again. I took two days off work to be in to accept the gun, they failed on these occassions, I emailed them they confirmed 20th, which came and went. I was so stressed. Patrol Base tried to help and contact courier company. Its a shame that the delivery stress will make me think twice about using this company, or maybe just dont rely on making a purchase as a gift for a special celebration. I had two parcels arrive quicker and more pain free from the USA.....shame on DX !! The One star is for them and this experience ( son seems happy with the products )”
