“⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with Patrol Base has left me at the point where I no longer feel comfortable buying airsoft guns from them. I purchased a CYMA Platinum CM.097 M4/AR-15 AEG from Patrol Base, expecting a quality product from a well-known UK airsoft retailer. Instead, I experienced multiple issues with the rifle almost immediately. The gun had problems with magazine feeding and inconsistent shots, and I also found that the motor cable wasn’t properly connected. There were also concerns with the condition of the QC sticker, which appeared to have already been broken. For a supposedly checked and ready-to-use rifle, this was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the experience dealing with customer service. When you’re spending a significant amount of money on an airsoft gun, you expect the retailer to take responsibility when the product arrives with problems. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that was the case during my experience with Patrol Base. I understand that occasional faults can happen with airsoft guns. That’s not necessarily the retailer’s fault. What matters is how the retailer handles the situation afterwards, and this is where my experience fell short. I’ve since bought another rifle from a different retailer and had a much better experience, which has reinforced my decision not to use Patrol Base for future airsoft gun purchases. There are plenty of other UK airsoft retailers around, and based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The issue wasn’t simply that the gun had faults — it was the overall experience of receiving a problematic product and then trying to get the situation resolved. I hope Patrol Base improves its quality control and customer service, because I would have preferred to be able to recommend them.”

“You guys were spot on. I ordered a product, it was delivered on the day you said it would. Job done. I'm happy. The 5 emails I've had since it was delivered asking for a review/validation is uncalled for. Sure send 1 email asking for a review, but leave it at 1. No need to bagder/harass for it”

“Paid extra for the 1-2 day delivery but still hasnt turned up after day 4, spoke to someone at patrol base who said they would look in to it and getstraight back to me but as of yet still not made contact with me to give an update or even offer to refund the extra i had paid for the 1-2 day delivery.”

Told me about 10 days to arrived , I wss thinking it's fine , just after my birthday but yo my surprise- they delivered it on 5 days, right on my birthday!!. And on time as stated on their e mail. “I ordered some bits and bobs for my next airsoft mil sim and the products did NOT disappoint. The fast delivery met the deadline and arrived in solid well wrapped packaging. The holster i ordered was high quality polymer and had easily adjustable angle. It also came with some handy allen keys that were useful for ajusting it”
