“Very good. I love my airsoft gun, I use it in conjunction with 2 air pistols . The gun works very well. I haven't had a problem with it. I would definitely recommend Patrol Base.”

“Extremely disappointed. My order broke within just a few months, and it had only been used once per month for those months. Maximum 50 pellets fired at best in total now its unusable. Suddenly when I entered a new cartridge, the first bullet didnt just jam, it blew out the weapons silencer and completely jammed the reloading mechanism forever more. I heard such good things about this website and the gun looked great at first, I was going to leave a 5* review and become a regular customer. But with a breakage like that which hurt my hand so early I have to leave 0/5.”

“excellent service , My gearbox arrived bang on time and packed well , I had a small issue with the unit but had some very quick and detailed response from Jack in the workshop who was so helpful over a several e mails . top notch service and great componants.”

“I have been using Patrol Base now for the last 3 years and I can honestly say that without any doubt whatsoever they are the most reliable first class suppliers of Airsoft equipment in the UK. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone entering the sport who may be looking for a reliable gear supplier. The staff are excellent and the service they provide is first class and worthy of the 5 stars plus. I have lost count of the number of orders I’ve placed with them and without exception they’ve never once let me down. I’ve recently had and am still having an order and delivery issue with another company which is now into its 3rd month, I only used them because I was looking for something that this company only had ( except in reality they didn’t have it in stock and still don’t!!) This is something that would never happen with Patrol Base and taught me a valuable lesson. If you’re looking to buy or looking for information on any item the staff are only too happy to help. They all take their jobs and customer service seriously, they are highly knowledgeable in their products and that added with their exceptional delivery service you won’t go wrong with Patrol Base. From a very happy genuine customer.”

“Putting 4 stars, due to first time wrong item was delivered with being a large case when ordered a X large case. When X large case arrived exactly what I was after got my G36k and P90 with 4 P90 mags inside with additional g36 mags linked together.”
