“The gillie suit that I bought is awesome! The reason for the three stars is because I paid for express delivery (24 hours) but didn't recive it until 4 days later. Tehy refunded me the £3 difference but didn't seem too bothered on the phone. It's ashame as it did dampen the buying experience for me. I wouldn't use them if I was in a rush for something for gameday”

“Patrol is very good for what your looking for and respond quickly to questions, my biggest issue is when I emailed asking if they accept site membership I was told yes, I then tried placing an order a month later for the order to be declined for no defense, I then called them and they said I had to have UKARA, I then emailed again as the website shows site membership being accepted too but you have to have UKARA according to the email response I got, in the end I got the gun cheaper at my local game site (patrol base had it on offer so they beat the price)”

“Great value a wide range of airsoft stuff only issue is paying nearly £10 for 24hr dispatch and 1-2 delivery it took 3 days to dispatch and one item was missed out but customer service got it sorted quickly”

“Brilliant bit of kit, however I bought this in the hopes of doing a 7" barrel swap to make this a cqb monster and the barrel nut will not budge. Is it glued on or something? If an Airsoft gunt isn't moddable I feel this should be stated as modding is half the fun.”

“Product good but poor delivery service. No reason why the delivery service could not have left the small little value packet in my enclosed porch like every one else does. If evidence of delivery is needed then take a photo of it inside the porch through the closed glass door. I had a scrap of paper left through the letter box with no time or details just to say they could not deliver it and returned it to the post office. I had to make a car journey to the other side of Bromley to pick it up with no clue what it was as a host of other parcels had already been delivered and this was late. Buying this was not worth the trouble of collecting it due to lazy delivery agent who seems unable to open the porch door!”
