“Two times having replicas they totally fine. But my fds two of them got some issues. One of them received a replica can not shoot, another one receive a battery doesn’t work. So make the reputation getting worse. Personally I ordered a plate carrier and some bbs, they on hold in Dpd centre because of pack size issue, it took me three weeks to get the item, disappointed to the logistics arrangement and need you to actively contact them to get updates and move to next steps.”

“Great that you guys fix the gun and really do care can tell but customer response and keeping the customer in the loop is poor I sent three emails whilst waiting two weeks for my gun to repaired on the last email expressing my frustration only then you kept me in the loop needs to be looked at once the information was forward to me it was great”

“The store is huge with plenty of Airsoft guns and supplies, but it has completely lost the feel of a local Airsoft shop. I visited on a quiet day with only two other customers inside, yet there was no enthusiasm from staff to offer any help. All the Airsoft guns are cable tied down, so you cannot feel the weight or get a proper sense of how they handle. When you ask staff to look at a gun behind the counter, they hold it like it is made of gold, giving you a list of “don’t do this” and “don’t do that”, which makes you feel uncomfortable and unable to properly inspect it. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. You might as well buy online because the in‑store visit offers no benefit. Smaller independent stores are far better. They talk to you, recommend things, and in some cases even let you test shoot the guns so you know exactly what you are buying. In short, you would not buy a car without a test drive, and the same should apply here.”

“A bit shakey out of the box compared to the specna arms flex. Doesnt seem to lock back for access to the hop up like the flex does. Bolts rusted after one use outdoors. A little disapointed in the performance out of the box. Though i am sure i can fix it.”

“I have always given PB five ⭐️, my last few purchases not so good. No confirmation email after purchase. One item defective and returned. I had to chase three times to get a refund which took about a month. This is way below their usual faultless service.”

“The Salient arms BLU gbb pistol was everything I had hoped for, 9/10 the only reason I don’t give it a 10 is because the barrel is a little bit rattly in its housing, as it’s my first gbb pistol I’m not sure if this is common? But it just felt a little bit off to me. I also have to mention the customer service is absolute rubbish, my products were late even though I paid for the premium service! And there was no answer when I tried to phone and no answer to my emails! 0/10 for customer service!”

“I'm happy with the rif eventually, but your communication is very poor. After ordering some upgrades from you at the same time as the rif and filling in the area for special instructions you sent it out with the part's in the box and not fitted. So then I had to send it back at my expense because of you not reading the instructions. This then turned into a 3 weeks wait & me chasing you. Not a great experience to say the least. 3 stars for the rif arriving safely.”

“The gun is really great quality patrol base is a good website. However my gun came with some faults like the dust cover would not shut also my speed loader is missing from the parcel even though it stated it was included in the package, I have emailed 3 or 4 times however no response”

“I’ve held off on reviewing this company after buying from them a few times. Essentially they have good stock, prices are beatable but not extortionate, delivery charges are a clear joke and turn around times are as ambiguous as delivery from another galaxy. The idea you can pay extra for the chance they might get your order out within 48hrs of them having it is laughable.charging £9.95 to ship an order is ludicrous. I ship and move things for a living and the companies we use charge for packages up to 45kg and 110cm x 40cm x 60cm for £7.21 and anything half the size is £3.85…. It’s clear they use/ have a clear 2x mark up to cover other orders. Any other company or brand where you spend upwards of £50- £100 (excluding dangerous items). Let’s be frank, you aren’t a small company. Don’t act like one, nor portray to people who know better. If I make an order on Monday at 7am from this company expect your items to arrive a week later, that is what my experience has been. No responsibility as with most airsoft shops/sites customer service is their last thought. I would recommend this company if you need things but aren’t fussed on paying more or waiting for your item(s). Customer service is borderline useless/ defensive avoid asking them difficult questions.”
