“Brilliant bit of kit, however I bought this in the hopes of doing a 7" barrel swap to make this a cqb monster and the barrel nut will not budge. Is it glued on or something? If an Airsoft gunt isn't moddable I feel this should be stated as modding is half the fun.”

“Product good but poor delivery service. No reason why the delivery service could not have left the small little value packet in my enclosed porch like every one else does. If evidence of delivery is needed then take a photo of it inside the porch through the closed glass door. I had a scrap of paper left through the letter box with no time or details just to say they could not deliver it and returned it to the post office. I had to make a car journey to the other side of Bromley to pick it up with no clue what it was as a host of other parcels had already been delivered and this was late. Buying this was not worth the trouble of collecting it due to lazy delivery agent who seems unable to open the porch door!”

“Items as described as per usual but slow delivery. Ordered early AM Tuesday morning and wasn't delivered until Friday despite paying for the almost £10 24 shipping method. Followed up with an email but received no response.”

“To whom it may concern. I recently placed an order with Patrol Base. I specifically went on as it was the only place I could find that had and LE version M4 stock tube that I needing. The picture on the site reflected this and the price was fair, so I thought I'd add a couple of other items into the basket to warrant the postage costs. The items arrived in a couple of days which was great, but the stock tube was completely different from the photo shown. I messaged straight away on the question highlight and an AI bot said it would be forwarded to the relevant department. After hearing nothing I emailed them the next day getting a reply that someone from the shop would be in touch. No-one did so on the Monday but no-one answered. I called again the next day and eventually it was sorted out with a refund after being told they don't do the version that the picture shows. A bit dissapointed after the automated chat when you call says there the biggest airsoft supplier in the UK and they can't get a picture right on the sight! Plus I wouldn't probably have bought the extra if I'd known they didn't have one?”

“Great delivery it came early for standard wich i was incredibly pleased I bought myself an ssg10 and seeing noveritsch quality many a time at my local arena I was shocked that the bolt pull on this was very very scratchy and bbs didnt fire put the barrel and often got stuck I'm assuming this is due to a lack of quality testing”

“Good company to deal with, usually, but had to contact multiple times to arrange returns. This could be because of technology being tempremental but still waiting for another return to be arranged.”

“The SA F05 is fairly good as a starter gun, however I would have preferred the Instruction Manual to be in paper form as I am not very trch savvy - saying that You Tube had an instructional video which talked me through the process of activating the gun mosfet.”

“First time I plugged it in, the positive wire came undone from the Tamiya connector. In a bit of a pinch and not got the time to return it, I just re-crimped it. Works fine now”

“The stock is brilliant, however I rang in to ask if my order had been received after 2 weeks, admittedly I had two tone service, but the lady I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and made ringing the company and unpleasant experience, I'm in two mind weather to use them again”
