“Please don't get addicted to buying these things! I emplore you! I suffer from the wanting lots and lots of premium guns just to collect and PatrolBase has fed my dirty little habit.. “I ordered a Theta Optics flip to side magnifier from patrol base. Unfortunately when i fitted it to my rif it fell apart. Patrol Base acted swiftly to refund my money upon return of the item. Sometimes things go wrong with airsoft purchases, it's inevitable. the important thing is that you can be confident that a dealer will act quickly to put things right. I have made plenty of other purchases from patrol base that have gone smoothly.”

“When my new AEG arrived the front sight was broken, a small piece of metal fell out of the gun and the cable from the motor was damaged in multiple places. I've had to have the gear box rewired since. I called your returns department about this and admitted I had removed the upper receiver, to install a new hope up unit. At that point he cut me off mid sentence and told me my warranty was void. While I appreciate thats reasonable I didn't appreciate the tone your employee took with me. When I asked for a rough estimate of price for all the repairs I need before shipping the gun to you he replied with something along the line of "well i don't work in repairs do I? " I'm so surprised by the poor condition of the item shipped not to mention the customer service I received. I'll avoid using patrol base in future when ever possible. Regards Mark”

“Got the suppressor. Concerned by a little mark that it could have been pre used and it came in a green, not tan colour. I’m keeping as I’ve put camo on it anyway, but from all the purchases I’ve made, this one was sadly disappointing. Eye pro all good.”

“'Absolutely, what it says on the tin'. M4/AR15 brilliant. Battery superb too. I attached my long scope on and I'm S Hot with it. Let's just say there were vermin in the back garden. Lol Great service. Great prices and delivery was quicker than expected. More promo codes of % would be great, but either way very happy.”

“A great store in the north that provides a wide range of RiFs and equipment for any type of airsofter. If there's any issues or a problem with delivery they will go the extra mile to help and solve the problem swiftly. Been a customer for 7/8 years and they have expanded their franchise and customer service. Great bunch of like minded individuals”
