“I have always given PB five ⭐️, my last few purchases not so good. No confirmation email after purchase. One item defective and returned. I had to chase three times to get a refund which took about a month. This is way below their usual faultless service.”

“The products in the store are excellent but the system is very "clunky" and many of your offers are hidden or at best very difficult to find. The addition of purchases made where they can meet up before shipping are still packaged separately increasing shipping costs to the buyer and reduces the sales offering to add possible other products and link them to the original sale with eg a countdown clock until midnight the same day or 0800 the next morning. Iv been requesting a company account to be set up but nobody will engage with me so far. Once you learn to work with the system it is ok but you are losing sales I am sure. I do think you have a great offer and the technical guys have been a great help.”

“Very, Very Disappointing Experience I placed my order on the 13/05/26 and I’m still waiting for the complete order to arrive. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. To make matters worse, every time I’ve contacted customer service, the staff been unhelpful and provided little to no useful information or resolution. I expected much better communication and customer care. It’s unacceptable to have to wait this long for an order without clear updates or a proper solution. Based on my experience there is no charge on m Gods green earth that I would recommend this company. Save yourself the stress. I wish did.”

“I found the entire experience great and the starter set of a rifle, 3 magazines and a loader with all the bells and whistles to start was great, greatly improved accuracy too, I got the tan and black to add some colour but it was the best starter purchase in my opinion.”

“The ordering was so easy and website simple to navigate. We found everything we needed. We also had the item safety painted in orange and although we expected it to be longer, we were happily surprised when the courier email came to our email to tell us it was shipped. Everything was well packed, undamaged and ready to use out of the box. THANK YOU”

“We visited the shop personally just to see it in person and buy some gears and stuff as well and it didn’t disappointed us because you can check all their guns and stuff to feel it before buying it so you can be sure that it is the right gun or gear for you. Staffs are attentive to your concerns and suggest what’s best for you. Quick transactions were made as well. Even purchasing online can be very quick than expected from their delivery. Cheap price and better deals for all items compare to other sites and shops. The only downside for me is their store location, could be better if they have a 2nd store somewhere by the midlands or near wales.”
