“I had bought a MVT membership and applied the full details of the card that was required and even wrote a note down when placing down the purchase that I will provide the more information if necessary. I paid extra on the shipping and delivery for it to arrive sooner, however the information I provided was not enough as I got a cancelled order email from the team the next day. I then called up customer care and I provided the right information with no problem and got the confirmation from the fella that my order has gone through. I then asked if it was being shipped as demanded, but he said that it was for the next day due to this issue. So in the end I paid the extra for no reason and I was also clear and fully ready to provide the correct information but it just seemed that the team’s communication was not easy to work around and unnecessarily restricted.”

“Probably one of the most reliable UK providers, ordered a couple times, had a slight issue with the first order but the customer service was quick and friendly to resolve the issue, since then had no issues, great selection of products and a great team would order from them again, can't wait till I can visit the shop itself”
