“Fantastic customer service! I bought a 2 tone RIF (blue) and was sent the wrong one. No hassle with the returns process and received the correct item in record time. “The items came nicely packaged the rifle worked aswell as you would expect for the price I paid an extra £22 on upgrades and now it works amazingly well rhe foreground however is really difficult to put on and off as it is really tight on the rail the stock is also good but it’s really difficult sometimes ro get he stock off as rhe lever you pull down struggles ti pull fully down”

“Ordered a 2 tone version. Waited a while for delivery then when arrived the 2 tone paint was chipped, was meant for a birthday gift now looks second hand. Spoke to Patrol base they offered to give me £10 back for them painting it or to send it back and miss the birthday suprise. Not finished to high standard and was advised the paint will invenevitably chip after light use on key areas of touch”

“This was my first time ordering with patrol base. As I was unsure about the rules about not having an air soft certification, I took the option to call them, they were very helpful, and once I’d explained I was a WW2 re-enactor with all the appropriate paperwork, we were fine to proceed. 4 days later I had my new 1911 pistol Thanks to all involved Will.”
