“My first order with Patrolbase.co.uk and it was excellent - the bundle i purchased was delivered in full and correct - some transporting issues affected my product but once i had contacted returns and had it repaired and returned to me everything is perfect. “Horrible i waited 5 weeks for this delivery,with no delivery information and delievred past the estimated delivery time. Finally my mp5 came broken with the body work around the magaxine cracked to hold it in tight and the high cap maganzine that came with also broke and has a random metal thing in the way stopping feeding”

“If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to pay for fast shipping only to have your order marinate in limbo for over a week, Patrol Base has you covered. I placed a sizable order, squared away a “defense issue” within hours of being notified, and then… nothing. For days, It’s as if my package was whisked away into witness protection. Phoning customer service was like trying to get blood from a stone, except the stone sounds mildly irritated that you dared to call it. Three phone calls, two reps, three different variations of “we can’t be bothered.” No apology, no refund of the shipping I paid for, not even the faintest whiff of accountability. Patrol Base has perfected the fine art of taking your money while making you feel like a nuisance for expecting the product you purchased.”

“Very impressed. Website was easy to navigate and information was clear. Ordering was simple, delivery was fast & packaged well. I expected my order in a week and it arrived 2 days later on my birthday making me a very happy airsofter :D Was kept informed by email from order to delivery. “Ordered a couple of weeks ago, still hasn't arrived, delivery issues, spoke to PB and they were very apologetic, said they'll send a new one out immediately via a different courier on a next day delivery, as there seemed to be an issue with this particular delivery company, still haven't received the item, and that was last week. Really needed the item for an exhibition, now left in limbo... Quite disappointed as if I was going to order more in bulk if the item suited our needs.”

“First time using GBB G17, and honestly, I'm quite blown away with how it performs. It has a solid kickback, and I have shot an actual G17, and the recoil isn't far off. In terms of cleaning, it's quite easy to clean it. My only recommendation is not to use silicone green gas; instead, try to find a silicone-free one that way you have less maintenance to clean your weapon system. Suppose you are looking to purchase your first pistol. In that case, this is highly recommended personally, the only downside is you cannot attach a sight; however, there are adapters, or you can change the whole slide but personally it looks a bit tacky. If any questions I will try to answer to the best of my ability”
