“I have chosen to give 3 stars as my order wasnt even packed untill the delivery date and customer service wasnt prepared to do anything about it other than say its been sent out that day and thats all they could do (with abit of an attitude) as if i was in the wrong for calling up to find out what happend with my order after some back an forth with customer service i managed to get them to put me thru to a manager who made some phone calls an thankfully got my order upgraded to next day delivery for between 7am an 10am and refunded the delivery charge as a good will gesture and appoligized for the mess up wich is appriceated overall i will still put future orders.A big thank you to the GM for getting it all sorted in a timely manner (ie a 15min phone call) we had a gret day once we got there an the mags i ordered work great . i know we got off to a rocky start with the order but this proof that most things can be sorted with a 15min converstation not screaming down the phone agian big thankyou to the GM for sorting it all out and thank you for the voucher i will use with my next order”

“I've had no previous issues with ordering from Patrol Base; however, on this occasion, the wrong item was sent. I'm currently going through the returns process but although I received DPD notifications to guide me through returning the item, there has been absolutely no communication from Patrol Base themselves. No apology for the inconvenience, no offer to refund the express delivery I paid for, no indication as to if/when I will receive a replacement.”
