“I had bought a MVT membership and applied the full details of the card that was required and even wrote a note down when placing down the purchase that I will provide the more information if necessary. I paid extra on the shipping and delivery for it to arrive sooner, however the information I provided was not enough as I got a cancelled order email from the team the next day. I then called up customer care and I provided the right information with no problem and got the confirmation from the fella that my order has gone through. I then asked if it was being shipped as demanded, but he said that it was for the next day due to this issue. So in the end I paid the extra for no reason and I was also clear and fully ready to provide the correct information but it just seemed that the team’s communication was not easy to work around and unnecessarily restricted.”
