“So far I have to say the Customer service at Patrol Base has been impeccable. Defence requirements were explained well and correspondence via email to clarify defence details was informative, polite and helpful. “Patrol bases end of the stick was very good I asked for my ordered to be rushed and they did that however the delivery provider (dpd) caused my delivery to be missed twice therefore getting it a week later to when it was delivered apart from that great products and great customer service”

“Another fine boneyard purchase from Patrol Base the Aug works and was able to assemble it wiyh the pic rail on, the reason it was hard to assemble was that the lower of the gun had been split and put back together with super glue, and this was done badly so much so the lower did not go back together properly, I am currently fitting the upper to a new lower and so far so good.”

“In the last few months me and my team have spent thousands on patrol base to find we couldn't use any of the recent purchases because they were all firing too hot for any of the sites we play at BUT anything we have bought in the past before this has been spot on so I cant knock them down for 1 bad experience even if it was 1 experience over 3 different people at the same time.”

“The items came on time but some of the stuff I ordered became out of stock one day before delivery ( 6 business days after I had ordered it) however the support team helped and told me the options of what I could do. Everything arrived safely with no damage or delays.”
