“Gun arrived and not working properly. Emailed Patrol base, no response. Phoned, gave up after 15min on hold with no answer. Wrote a message on their website and a week later I got a reponse. Reponse was they will send a courier to pick up the gun. I didn't want to return it just the R-hop piece but that is out of stock. I ended up buying a R-hop from another vendor to fix the issue. Why did it take so long to get any reponse and your phone delays is very long. Poor after sales service. Somethign to look at.”

“Again another fast delivery. Bothgreat units. Would be good if the EMG 40mm came with instructions took me a while to work out how to lock it to the rail then worked out what the small Allan key was for. Job done. Collection still growing.”
