“Very prompt delivery, items were as expected/ advertised and in good order. I only two suggestions, both minor, and postage related: 1. Add dynamic postal costs, currently it is the same cost to post a spring as it is an AEG. The cost of the postage can be double the price of the actual item you’re buying if you only need a small spare. 2. Add the option to add to a delivery before it is shipped/ packed. I placed an order for a gearbox the other day, then realised I had forgotten to also order a new spring. In ordering online I had to pay for postage twice for both items (not the end of the world, my mistake) but when delivered they both came in the same size box (much to large for either item on their own) and at the same time. As there was space in one box for both items it would have been good to be able to include my addition into the first.”
