“Very prompt delivery, items were as expected/ advertised and in good order. I only two suggestions, both minor, and postage related: 1. Add dynamic postal costs, currently it is the same cost to post a spring as it is an AEG. The cost of the postage can be double the price of the actual item you’re buying if you only need a small spare. 2. Add the option to add to a delivery before it is shipped/ packed. I placed an order for a gearbox the other day, then realised I had forgotten to also order a new spring. In ordering online I had to pay for postage twice for both items (not the end of the world, my mistake) but when delivered they both came in the same size box (much to large for either item on their own) and at the same time. As there was space in one box for both items it would have been good to be able to include my addition into the first.”

“Made a few orders with Patrol Base over the past months and each time has been 10/10. Nice and speedy even with Two Tone process. Guns are in top notch condition and look beautiful. Only had 1 issue with my first order in which a weapon I purchased actually was not in stock but customer support gave me a few options from exchanging to something else of equal value or a refund. I chose the refund and it was back in my bank within a few days.”
