“great aftercare one of my green gas was desroyed in box but the lady was very nice and sent next day a replacement even though it come from there europe warhouse so not there fault in the uk this is great service from the patrol base team thanks 5 star deffo”

“I was sent the wrong variant of rifle on two separate occasions. After multiple conversations with the team there was an incident with the item labelling on each box meaning none of the right guns were in the box. Still do not have the correct gun as they advised only a refund can be provided or upgrade as gun was no longer available. In the end kept the wrong variant and sent the other back as I would have been without.”

“The order I got said Emerson on the labels so don't think they were novritsch pants but I liked them they fit and they are comfortable. So no complaints, to be fair cant be arsed sending back it's too much effort to try to get in touch with anyone at PB tried the other month. It took weeks before they responded. By that point just couldn't be bothered trying. But delivery from there is spot on would recommend but returning is a hassle.”

“Hi, there were scratches on the paint work, wear marks on the battery compartment lid and damage to the inside of the box, I thought I was purchasing a new item but this does not seem the case, I will not be returning it due to the hassle and cost but I very much doubt I will be buying anything else from yourselves in the future.”
