“We have bought from Patrol Base previously and the service was excellent. On this occasion, the gun ordered did not work and, at the time of writing, has been returned for repair - these things happen. The service has been excellent thus far and a good level of communication made re. status of repair.”

“Overall, Patrol Base is a solid store — good service and no major issues with orders. The only weird thing is that almost every time I buy something, the price drops shortly after. Maybe it’s just my bad luck 😅”

“Very Disappointed Brought Specna Arms SA-C08 CORE™ Gen.2 M4/AR-15 AEG and waited long to come from two-tone service and and gun did not work at all after that long waiting was for nothing and now , again waiting long to hear from return. I wonder at least these gin are tested before selling them”

“Really good quality company only had one slight issue which when brought to the attention of the team was rectified within 48 Hrs. Really good range of products, and support so I’d have absolutely no issue in recommending Patrol Base to beginner skirmishes or veterans, and I know I will continue to purchase from Patrol Base.”

“Ordered this from the European warehouse as it was out of stock in the UK. After a few weeks I received a notification that my order was on its way but when it was delivered it was a large rifle case and three large bags of bbs. It took numerous emails and two attempts by DPD over a period of nearly 3 weeks to collect them for return as they initially turned up without any returns labels. In the meantime my order turned up and was exactly as described. That was the beginning of April. This week I received another delivery from Patrol Base and it was duplicate of my original order. Contacted customer services who didn't even apologise for this and told me to wrap it back up and take it to my local DPD collection point for return. I will get round to that eventually. I kept getting reminders for a review so here it is.”
