“It was easy to access your site, the site is user friendly, and the I received the product in good time, But the contents on the A4 size paper could be more , i.e. to include two or three adjoining/surrounding roads. There was no name along the road on which the house is situated although it is so labelleb at the top.”

“Yes. This was easier than I initially thought it would be. The council seems to insist you do this through a company like Buy a Plan. Don't think I got my 10% discount for purchasing 2 different plans as done on 2 separate days, so make sure you order them at same time.”

“Simple enough to use, slightly concerned about the amount of space on an A4 plan that was not actually part of the plan! - I would have preferred the plan to be portrait shaped rather than square, however the imptortant areas were covered.”

“Fast and efficient service received so far with your plans, one suggestion, could a third colour be added to that available to outline selected areas, Green! The Environment Agency require any site location plans to be outlined in green rather red generally used or required by the planners.”

“A good quick and simple service, with one problem. The tools provided to mark up the drawing are not sensitive enough. For example it is necessary to add the outline of an extension to a plan and this can be very difficult with the current tools available.”

“Your service was quick and efficient and I have no complaints about that or the general ease with which one can use your site. However, I do believe that what one gets for one's money is rather poor value. On the whole it is a bit of a curate's egg. regards, alex macgregor r.i.b.a. r.i.a.s., m.r.t.p.i. architect.”

“The plan was easy to produce and quick to arrange. It helps that you accept American Express. The price is a bit higher than I expected, but perhaps that is due to OS licensing.”
