“The plan was fine BUT the Local Authority initially rejected it [for a Freehold application] because the property was not highlighted with a red border. It was easy to rectify but I was surprised. Mind you, the LA (Islington) also rejected the plan attached to its own deeds and the Land Registry so perhaps they were feeling bloody-minded....”

“Only issue was red line tool could not use as it wanted to red line around the property not the boundary, other wise good product.”

“I could not find the scale bar to increase the map for easier drawing. I found a bit hard to draw line accurately of our property boundaries.”

“I bought two maps for a planning application. Selecting the areas and adding the red border was fairly easy. It would have been helpful to be able to add text (eg. road names) and shaded boxes (to show new building). Download as a PDF was easy.”

“Good site, prompt response and easy availability of officially acceptable maps. Would welcome possibility to distinguish between location map and block plan map in file description because the two different maps bear the same address heading and this can be confusing for uploading purposes.”

“Bought an OS Plan for Planning Submission which I thought quite expensive at £22.80 but then the sales team invited me to become a business member and offered a very good discount rate.”

“Very easy to use and much better than Emap. Only problem I had was locating the building. This wasn't shown on your map so couldn't use the map in the end and therefore wasted £24which was a bit frustrating.”
