“I needed x2 maps for planning consent for Bournemouth Council. I was a bit perplexed how out of date the plans appeared to me, not showing buildings that were now present and even my garden which had been split up and sold quite a few years ago was not shown with the new boundaries so the maps are not showing a true perspective of the area to the Council so I felt they were irrelevant. I had problems with the highlighting but that was me and my inefficiences...I got there in the end. Maps uploaded well and quickly. I thought it was expensive for what it was, even though you were one of the cheaper options. Im not surprised alot of people don't bother with planning permission/consent....too much hassle and expense.”

“Very easy to use and download my only criticism is with the blue and red line which didn't work particularly well insofar as it also highlighted one of the building within the area rather than just the area perimeter. Not a great issue but just a tad annoying.”

“A pity therr is not a 1-2500 scale drawing for a a4 printer . I do a lot of work in the cpuntry sde (up to 5 acres and dont want ato pay £75”

“I am a first-time user of this sort of service, so I had a look at several. This was by far the easiest of the comparable services I tried. The only slight problem was that the scale bar didn't appear on the on-screen version so I wasn't sure it would be on the purchased version - it was of course, and the final map was perfect for a planning submission.”

“I will be using your company for a number of these plans going forward so contacted your support for a more cost-effective alternative method - after the last one cost £49+VAT for a farm?! I'm told I'll be contacted next week with help / guidance on this”

“The service was quick and easy and the result was acceptable to the planning department. However I received an email from yourselves saying I still needed to complete the process of purchasing the map even after I had received an email saying I had been charged and the amount so I don't know what that was all about. As to this survey I tried to give you a rating but not sure if it worked. I don't quite know what you mean by roll over a star. I tried clicking on it so maybe it worked.”
