“I bought a plan because it was classed as suitable for planning applications. However, the property was not marked on the plan. Customer support said that I needed to buy the plan again. Whilst I accept that I must have made a mistake I don't understand why I have to pay again. It does not cost them anything I'm using the same map data. It's just a sneaky way of charging me again.”

Dear customer thank you for your review. Every time a plan is purchased or even previewed on the website there is a charge for that. We try to provide a free preview of OS MasterMap to all our customers compared to most other suppliers who charge just for the preview even if it is for the same area (map data). Our plans are of course suitable for a planning application, but each plan requires a different outline depending on the project and the works that each customer needs to apply for and there are two previews before you purchase to make sure you have selected and outlined the correct area. “The Plan scale did Not enclose the total area of the property 1:200 , I assumed it would on payment I obviously needed 1:500. Then it had some sort of message that I only had seconds to download the plan just bought I immediately clicked cos like most companies now they try to screw you and thought I would have to immediately download. Very disappointed did not even let me put in the boundary but I thought that this option is available after you pay. Sorry do not buy from this site, wasted my roubles. Just before I submit this review noticed that you must include your email why? the only way you can submit a review is by them knowing your email address. Oh! well another disappointment roll on death.”

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to provide a review. There is no time limit on our website so please so we are not sure why you felt that the service is rushed. You can download your plan using the link provided after payment but if you lost that, a link is provided by email as well and you have many weeks to download your plan. If this is lost as well, you can always reach out to us and we'll be happy to resend the plan to you. There are clear instructions and a help video on the website to help you with your purchase as well as phone, chat and email assistance. We'll be happy to help you in the future if you need a plan again.

“Great service and helpful once when I was struggling however one little thing that might help is once you have purchased a plan via email you tend to loose it shortly afterwards. If the email would or could stay live that would be helpful and you feel like you’ve not lost and money.”

“I think it would be good to have a discount for buying several different plans in the same purchase rather than only for 2 of the same plan at different scales.”

“I have some concerns regarding the ability to scale the plans to take measurements. I set the printer to copy at 100% and when I check my scale rule measurement against the scale on the print there is a discrepancy. So I cannot safely take measurements off the plan”
