“Initial service was excellent and simple, i.e. easy to locate and ease to order. However, the property I needed was incorrectly sized (by several meters). I was also hoping for the plan to be emailed directly to me as opposed to needing to download it. This is because I ordered it via my work laptop, and the download software was blocked.”

“Simple software to use however the results when printing where not what I expected. I had marked one large area in red and a part of the area in blue unfortunately the red lines were not visible and I had to make corrections with a pen. Also the scale on the plan was very small image to the size of the plan.”

Dear Raymonde thank you for the review and feedback. The plan should cover an entire sheet of A4 if printed at 100% size. The map portion however is only a portion of this otherwise the scale would not be correct. We also need to display copyright information, location and licence details. Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. In some areas it may not be possible to fit on two street names due to the way the Ordnance Survey mapping has been created. This is particularly common in rural areas. Our plans (PDF version only) also show an OS grid reference (an easting and northing) which will help locate the planning office into the exact location thereby negating the need for street names. We recommend contacting your planning office to explain this as the alternative is to manually add a street name on after printing it out.

“Unfortunately the planning office gave me little option but to use your service. I thought the cost was very high for the product, also the draw a line software very dated. I was only required to draw a line from the main road to my property which I could have shown on Googlemaps. The planning office would not accept this as they said Googlemaps wasn't to scale.”

“Plan was easy to centre and highlight relevant area. If I had any criticism it would be that the writing at the bottom of the map is in tiny font even though there is 50mm of blank space beneath that could be utilised with making the font bigger and clearer. Downloading and printing the plan was a doddle.”

“Your service is much more user friendly that the other company I used to use. My only comment for improvement would be that a measuring tool be added to the red line facility when you are drawing freehand. This would allow for a more accurate position when a flat is within a block, and a seperate parking space needs to be detailed.”

“A good service, reasonably priced which I usealmost exclusively for TPO applications. A small but annoying point is that it does not always have the address I require. At times the menue goes awry and one has to start over again, however, this may be due to my ineptitude.”
