You recently charged me £9.59 for a site plan exactly the same as I had already obtained FREE from eMapsite MapShop.
On your web page I asked for, and expected, my property to be outlined in red, the same as the Land Registry's product, but it just arrived 'naked' by email.
I am disappointed and will neither use, nor recommend, your website again.
