“Your service was quick and efficient and I have no complaints about that or the general ease with which one can use your site. “The plan was easy to produce and quick to arrange. It helps that you accept American Express. The price is a bit higher than I expected, but perhaps that is due to OS licensing.”

“Very simple to use once registered. The variation of scales is impressive and the speed with which you can access the plan makes the whole process a pleasure to use. A clear invoice is sent within minutes of plan retrieval so there is no waiting for days for the process of order to payment confirmation. My only annoyance is that when using the automated red outline (for local authority identification), it does not follow the actual site perimeter on, say, a semi detached house. It completes the perimeter around the walls of the house and not through the party wall boundary.”
