“1. I would find it useful to be able to leave a specific mark at a specific point e.g. in order to show the position of a tree. 2. When tracing boundaries I would like to be able to trace a boundary rather than have to click at each change of direction. Boundaries can be very irregular and I think that tracing would be more accurate. 3. It would be useful to have a third colour so that I could show a proposed new building.”

“The service was quick and the plans ideal. However, I would have appreciated it if the two sets I had purchased could have come in one envelope rather than two. This would have saved over £8.00, which for 6 pieces of paper seems a lot to charge. I think the cost for the plans was expensive for this day and age when printing is so east and cheap.”

“I have used this service several times when making applications for people and find that it is simply perfect. There is absolutely no confusion as it is so simple to use. Post code in and plans out, it really is as simple as that!”

“It was easy to access your site, the site is user friendly, and the I received the product in good time, But the contents on the A4 size paper could be more , i.e. to include two or three adjoining/surrounding roads. There was no name along the road on which the house is situated although it is so labelleb at the top.”

“plan meets planning requirements for size however the required detail cannot be put on, need to be able to create larger screen to allow full details to be put on and then shrunk to fit.”
