“plan meets planning requirements for size however the required detail cannot be put on, need to be able to create larger screen to allow full details to be put on and then shrunk to fit.”

“The plan of the site I wanted was out of date: the plot was incorrect, and the buildings on the plot were inaccurate. When I queried this I was told it was the fault of Ordnance Survey which is probably the case....but there is no way that the basic map could be altered. The red and blue lines were a pain to incorporate because of the basic faults with the map. However I guess it saved a trip to Stanfords, which if I had been in London would have been my preferred option.”

“I always choose Buy a Plan from quite a few other plan vendors Good value and simple to use! Simply log into the site, 5 minutes later your OS plan is in your hand”

“Yes. This was easier than I initially thought it would be. The council seems to insist you do this through a company like Buy a Plan. Don't think I got my 10% discount for purchasing 2 different plans as done on 2 separate days, so make sure you order them at same time.”

“Simple enough to use, slightly concerned about the amount of space on an A4 plan that was not actually part of the plan! - I would have preferred the plan to be portrait shaped rather than square, however the imptortant areas were covered.”

Dear Customer Thanks for the feedback. We did call back but you weren't available. You can contact us by email and 24 hour chat which of course is free. We don't offer a free number however, in common with all other mapping suppliers, but it is local rate. Hope this helps.
