“Very simple to use once registered. The variation of scales is impressive and the speed with which you can access the plan makes the whole process a pleasure to use. A clear invoice is sent within minutes of plan retrieval so there is no waiting for days for the process of order to payment confirmation. My only annoyance is that when using the automated red outline (for local authority identification), it does not follow the actual site perimeter on, say, a semi detached house. It completes the perimeter around the walls of the house and not through the party wall boundary.”

“I was not very happy with the service as I thought I had done my plan correctly, but there was no preview to see before I clicked "buy plan" and it turned out that I hadn't centred it right. Due to this error I then had to buy a second plan, and although I was refunded, I still had to pay £5 towards the cost of the first one. Thus the one plan ended up costing over £20!”

Dear Jane sorry to hear this. There is a preview that you're shown before purchasing, it's the page you see wit the map shown on it of your area. We also encourage you to double check it with a message that pops up before proceeding. Unfortunately we need to pass on some of the royalty costs we incur from the OS even for refunded orders. Hope this clarifies for you.

“Quick and easy to find the combination of scale and area which I needed. Also has the option of colour, which would be good for most applications, or black and white, which suited me as I needed to make alterations due to boundary changes.”
