“Great plans but you really should consider lowering the cost of the plans especially the larger plans as they are seriously expensive for what essential is a PDF, pic file. Many times I have gone to purchase a larger plan until the high price stops me from doing so.. you would actually make more revenue if prices were a lot lower as far more people would purchase I’m sure.”

“Buy a plan itself is fine just don't try to draw lines on your maps on a touch screen ,use a laptop or desktop . The last map I bought ( fault of o.s ) is at the very least 10 years out of date . ( shows buildings on site that we're demolished in 2009 .”

“it was not clear on the web page that both A3 and A4 sizes where available: Having purchased A4, thinking it was the only option I was latterly told by my architect the drawing was overly small for practical purposes: Seems I may have to pay again to them for a drawing they will obtain”

“Purchased 2 plans but just get screen saying preparing plan - 2 hours later same message. Contact page does not allow you send the form and live chat does not work. I have added me name so they may contact me but will not hold my breath- terrible service”

Sorry about that. Paypal has had issues with processing payments which affects our system completing orders. The issues are resolved now.

“worst telephone support ever. after having to go on a google search to find a contact number. called them and got redirected to an automated line. after multiple options to go through, the "hold your line to speak to a representative" forwards you to a dead line. Line drops. Complete piss-take, waste of time, waste of money”

“We purchased the plan to submit it for our planning application however planning rejected this plan as it did not have the appropriate markings on it (i.e. red line around our property) as such we then had to find someone who could assist in creating a version that would be accepted. I found it annoying that this was the recommended site to purchase a plan from on the planning application site yet it was not accepted by planning??!! Prior to it being rejected I was happy with the service it was quick and looked to me to show the area/location we requested.”
