“Plans are not to scale and not accepted by planning office Had to buy second plansfrom other another company with proper customer services ie a phone number - They are accurate”

Hello, thanks for the feedback however the only reason why your plan may not have been to scale would be that the underlying OS mapping. This is very rare and only affects 1 in many thousands of plans and would effect all suppliers that use the same source mapping. The fact you remain anonymous and did not contact us to raise the issue points to this being a false review. Hope this helps.

“Plan area was very good and quality on screen also, However when printed it was very light (although could have been printer).I had to quickly go over the lines with a pen to achieve the contrast in lines that I required.”

“I'm a Cartographer working for the Film and TV industry and have used BuyAPlan on multiple occasions when an OS map tile is required. It's an excellent site, easy to use and very reasonably priced. My only criticism would be that the preview is very restrictive in how far from the original position it will scroll. Often we have a postcode as a starting point but the map itself doesn't necessarily end up centred on that point. It's somewhat frustrating when you have to go hunting for a different postcode on the actual centre point simply because you cannot scroll the map beyond a finite constraint. (I do understand the need for copy protection.)”
