“The website is easy to use however I had to use the freehand drawing tool which was not the best to use. In fact I had to purchase an additional plan because the council rejected my first one purely down to the challenges I had using the freehand tool.”

“Use BuyAPlan regularly. Good prices and service. Only negative is that they don't offer very large plans (for instance if needing to show extent of agricultural holding), otherwise good service.”

“Really easy. I did ring the County Council first and the girl I spoke to didn't have a clue...! Went on the website and had completed what I needed within minutes. Highly recommended.”

“The plan was what planning required but one or two things in my opinion might help. Although the house is centred on the drawing it would help if the house number was printed inside the highlighted property. The numbering of some properties is not always consecutive and when this happens it would be nice if the plan showed that anomaly. Numbering of properties around the highlighted property would be nice.”

“I found it difficult to use the site to get the number of plans I needed and after making a draft application for the planning consent I needed have found that the plans I had from you do not cover the whole of my garden so are useless.”
