“I've been using BuyAPlan for two years, to support my Clients' applications for Planning and Building Regulations approval. BuyAPlan's website is fast and easy to navigate, gives a good choice of scales and formats, and is invariably able to supply exactly what I need. The download is available immediately, so there is no wait for delivery, payment clearance or any kind of approvals, it's just there! That's why I keep coming back.”

“The red boundaries input by your software are prominent at the point of order selection, but are very muted on the plan received. This prompted me to order twice as I thought I had not progressed the order correctly, to find the next the same. The red outline on your printed copy needs to be more prominent.”

Good evening I am sorry to hear you have had difficulties using our site, the majority of our customers have a very positive experience. It is impossible for the system to define the borders of a map without customer input, or to supply an incorrect finished map to a customer without them ordering it. If an error has been made during the ordering process we are happy to offer a 70% refund of the fee paid so that the correct map can be re ordered. “I successfully created a map of our property, tho’ was unable to insert a proposed greenhouse (possibly my inexperience). My Greenhouse supplier used the same site to add information for a planning application and will probably use agin in the future.”

“The plan was clear and easy to download but frustrating that, portrait or landscape, the area provided is only square. It is also restricted by the fact that it nowhere near fills the page - there is a lot of wasted space around the plan.”
