“Kind of ridiculous that we are required to supply a plan that you charge £12 for when it's just a .pdf download that essentially is just a drawing of a rectangle that supposedly represents my house. If I'd known I could have made one myself in about 3 mins. Quicker than it took to navigate your website.”

Many thanks for your review, we take all comments on board. Thankfully the majority of our customers are happy with our product which is competitively priced in comparison with the Ordinance Survey who charge more for this level of mapping.

Many thanks for your review. Thankfully our customers are mostly very happy with the service and if you investigate further you will find the OS charge far more for this level of detailed mapping. We are in fact one of the cheapest suppliers of this kind of mapping.

“We could not get the appropriate scale for our needs. It was difficult to navigate through the system. It would be improved immensely if the line drawing tool showed the meters as per the scale of the plan.”
