I could not see how to have another go when the redline I drew was not quote right. Also very hard to add labels. I did a hand tracing from the plan I bought in order to get the result I wanted. I will use a different service if ever I need one.

Plans proved difficult to create. Hands free tool was too unwieldy and alternative created too many polygons to truly satisfy planners requirements. Initial mark up failed due to a confirmed technical glitch. Needs to be a preview option as no way to check plan before purchase which is very poor

Grossly overpriced for a simple map that is based on public domain information and that should cost far less.

I bought the maps for a lease registration. I would have preferred thems to have been plain rather than in colour. I also found that the snap on tool didn't work automatically for my plot and I had ot manually draw this. The lack of a zoom tool made this slightly tricky to do.

Unfortunately the plan I bought related to a street named BLOOMS Avenue .. the map provided notated the street as BLOOM Avenue and was rejected by the Land Registry and caused me problems with my client and his Solicitor

Hello and thank you for the enquiry. The mapping is supplied by the Ordnance Survey and so they would need to amend the map. Unfortunately, most other sources will feature the same map so you will need to contact Ordnance Survey to get this corrected or ask the planning office if you could manually correct it.

The red boundaries input by your software are prominent at the point of order selection, but are very muted on the plan received. This prompted me to order twice as I thought I had not progressed the order correctly, to find the next the same. The red outline on your printed copy needs to be more prominent.

The plans are exactly as stated no complaints there. The problem comes with the ridiculous price. Another rip off ,I would like to know the profit margin these rip off merchants are making! That said Buy a Plan were the cheapest I could find, thats why I gave it 2 stars, still exorbitant price though. Don't ask me to review if you don't want to know my opinion!!

We could not get the appropriate scale for our needs. It was difficult to navigate through the system. It would be improved immensely if the line drawing tool showed the meters as per the scale of the plan.

I recently purchased a plan of a house in Toys Hill, Brasted, Kent, TN86NP but I did not have the opportunity to download. After several attempts of contacting you I eventually got a response asking for the original order number which I did not have but I did have have the invoice number at the time which I emailed to you but no further contact. I have now reordered and completed the transaction and downloaded the plan I wanted, so I paid twice!!

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you have had these issues. A download link is sent immediately after order. We responded to your first email 3 minutes after it was sent on July 29th at 1.03pm requesting details of the order so that your order could be re sent. You did not reply. If you had responded to that email you would not have needed to order twice. Now that you have done so we are happy to refund you - please use the support form on the site to request the refund.

Clunky website, difficult to produce own lines when necessary. Totally unreasonable that the line can't be changed after purchase to clean up minor errors.

Sorry to hear that, all plans have a North point top left. The red lines are added by the customer so perhaps you put them in the wrong place?

Had previously purchased vector plans and was disappointing at the raster pdf that was purchased here. Only useful as an image for an application and felt uneasy as I couldn't check the accuracy and had to rely on your assurance.

On receipt of the plan my local council wanted the red area brighter so I did a black and white copy and highlighted the area with a red felt tip that was accepted.

Council did not like plan as red line were not on boundaries but we got around this by taking a black/white copy and doing it in red by hand

I usually buy a plan in DWG format and amend it to suit. I decided this time to buy one via "buy a plan". The planners did not accept the scale to ended up buying a plan in DWG format from Stanfords as usual. Bit of a waste of time and money

Still can’t print plans even though I have tried to set up a new account. You just keep asking me for password, which I have request a change and have set up.

Good effort but for the small home I used your plans were poor, incorrect on scale / dimensions and contained an incorrect existing built area!!! Accurate dimensions are crucial for LDC / Conservatory so your "plans' are inadequate unfortunately!

I meticulously plotted the application site red line but, when bought and printed, it is so fine it strays from the underlying property boundary. Then had to manually red line with a felt pen, scan and submit. The plan service is expensive, frustating and the end product looks amateurish.
